Ok here's what's up. I've always been doing a type of erect dry jelq and when I'm finished after 10 mins my outside skin has many red blood dots which I assume means the skin was expanded which is good.
Now I've switch up my routine and did my first day today.(you can see on my progress log, it's only updated monthly so it's not cluttered)
So now I'm gonna try doing uli, horse squeeze, and compression squeeze i think it's called. I took a little video to see what's going on and I see some good expansion esp from the uli once I did it right.
At the end of the work out there were very little red dots. Some but much fewer.
So my question to some experts with many years experiance. Does this mean my other work out might be better? Or maybe the red dots are superficial and I'm getting more of a work out internal?
I hate to waste time doing a less effective workout by switching it up I'm trying to see if one of the other Is more effective. And I planned on doing this for a couple months to 90 days while tracking progress to find out.
