    So I've recently been reading up on the correlation between masturbation and gains, and saw the conclusion that the men who masturbated less had more gains. I realise these samples were slightly unreliable because some instances had particularly small sample sizes, but a somewhat overall pattern of less masturbation = more gains still remained.

    So I was wondering, what would the best method for the most gains be in my case?
    I'm currently doing jp90's, and have added edging to the end of my routine about a week ago. My edging is pretty standard I guess, I basically masturbate every day of the routine (5 days on, 2 days rest, and I do not edge on rest days) while paying attention to how long I'm lasting and try to keep a max volume erection for as long as I can, and I do this in an effort to obtain more gains due to having my penis at its maximum state of engorgement for a long period of time after all the stretching and jelqing (and before warming down). Immediately after taking up edging, I seemed to have had a few noticeable gains, but recently those gains seem to have slowed down, or stopped (despite me realising virtually no time has passed to make such a tall assessment, I'm still taking it into account). There are also all these other seemingly great reasons why masturbation/sex would actually help with gains.

    So I will admit, I feel very confused. For the first article I posted where less masturbation = more gains, what is considered masturbation, and how would it classify an edging routine?
    Should I be ejaculating when edging? Is there a goldilocks zone for abstinence? How does testosterone production come into play?

    In summary, my question is, what should I do in regards to masturbation, edging, ejaculating, etc. to obtain the best gains? Keeping in mind that size gains are my utmost priority.

    Good question been wondering this myself for some time now. Haven't started edging yet but ill most likely start this week so will see what people have to say.

      When I started looking into ideal ejaculation schedule I noticed a broad medical consensus of a few times a week or every 3-4 days. Beyond that not sure. The refractory period is strange to me because I usually seem to bounce back with more hardons afterwards then I would if I abstained from ejac.

        edging is funny... you want to trick your wang into growing so you dont want to cum each and every time or else your body is like "everything seems to be working fine so we will just keep the system flowing as-is" meaning your brain thinks your dick has done its job. you want it to start thinking that the job is not complete and that there needs to be some kind of change.

        dont pop your top every time... throw your brain curve balls.

          Some people ejaculate every time they edge and have no problems gaining. Others say wait a certain amount of time in between for the best gains. The only way to know what will work best for you is for you to experiment.

            Seems like it could be the amount of testosterone you have. As I've gotten older, it seems I may have low T and when I orgasm, my unit seems to take more of a hit. And I definitely have a harder time getting it up afterwards, even a day later. Seems like it affects me negatively if I O too much.
