  • Smooth Muscle is the key to size and health

I am not a PE expert, but I have read MANY sites, links, articles and threads on the topic and have come to the conclusion that SMOOTH MUSCLE is the key to a healthier penis. By healthier, I mean better EQ, more stamina, better organisms and the most important reason... BIGGER PENIS!!!

I agree with the TGC theory. A few members (sorry don't remember who) wrote a kick ass article on the theory and I think it makes complete sense. If you don't know it, read it. There's been a lot of great feedback and it's worth looking into! From the TGC theory, we now know that the Smooth Muscle and the Tunica are the two main factors/limiters of making gains.

    Here's what I'm thinking

The Tunica contains the Smooth muscle. In order to get a bigger penis, one must expand the Tunica in length and width. However, to fill a larger Tunica, then your Smooth Muscle needs get bigger. We can stretch and expand the Tunica, but if we do not develop a larger Smooth Muscle, then we can not fill it up the Tunica all the all way and then we are left with a soft EQ and never achieve the size goals we are working for.

    My questions are:
    - Whats exercises target the Smooth Muscle?
    - What is a good routine to follow?
    - What are some tips/advice?
    - Does anyone really know how the Smooth Muscle works relation to erection and penis growth?
    - Are there any Professional or MD related info/links that we reference?

Regardless of what your individual goals are, I think Smooth Muscle will always come into play. If you don't agree, please share why not. If I am wrong in my description above, please explain why as I am still learning.

My goal is to try and get specific information that can be shared through the PEGYM. I've found lots of conflicting threads and this is my attempt to get some type of uniform answer on the topic.

    Thanks,

    Mc Dong

*lastly I realize there are other factors the effect gains and penis health, but I tried to keep it short and specific to Smooth Muscle.

What would be the best way to get a larger Tunica, again?
    Current Max Erect Length: 5.5 Inches NBPEL ( 03 / 29 / 10 )
    Current Max Erect Girth: 4.75 Inches ( 03 / 29 / 10 )

Short Term Max Erect Length: 7 Inches NBPEL
Long Term Max Erect Length: 8 Inches NBPEL

Short / Long Term Max Erect Girth: 5 Inches

Exercises that target the smooth muscle are all the girth related exercises, the ones listed under having a thicker penis and also the ones listed for having a harder penis or better ercetions. Also jelqing at a higher erection level and the v-jelq will develop your smooth muscle.

The smooth muscle improves erections because the penis is made up as smooth muscle after all and during erections what happens is the smooth muscle relaxes rather than contracts and the muscle presses up on a certain vein or artery (I forget) which causes the blood to become trapped resulting in an erection. It works in penis growth because the smooth muscle is "the filler" and the tunica is the compartment where it's stored. Yeah you can increase the compartment but you also need to increase the smooth muscle in order to fill that compartment for erect gains and also girth gains.

After a while if all you do is expand and stretch the tunica and don't develop the smooth muscle, you will have a long flaccid cock but with little to no erect length gains, and even a loss of EQ, once you exceed way past the point of your tunica being the limiting factor. Your beliefs you stated are the same as the theory, it's what I got out of it as well, but you mention you have found lots of conflicting threads? Please share some of the things out there of those other threads.

They stated that you need to keep switching back and forth as over time your limiting factor will switch to one or the other. I will try to find some professional/MD references that support Remek and Iguana's TGC theory. Remek had sited his resources on his thread by the way.

I also don't see why the smooth muscle can't always come into play as all it can do when it isn't the limiting factor is have you with raging hard ons, like the idea of pumping too much air into a tire. Then there is the rubber band theory where it would be ideal to focus on length first before girth because it is easier to stretch and gain length while you aren't as thick. Hope all this helps!

        Mars81,

Great feedback!!! Thanks for the input on how to increase the Smooth Muscle. It sounds like girth exercises are are the way to go. I am still trying to understand HOW girth exercises actually increase the Smooth Muscle. I guess that's the nerd in me trying to learn as much as possible.

I thought the girth exercises like Ulis, clamping and jelqing merely push/trap lots of blood into the two penis chambers (forgot their name) and cause the Tunica to expand to increased internal pressure that builds up. How would this help increase the size of the Smooth Muscle? I've researched the Penis and Smooth Muscle online, but haven't had any luck.

I definitely agree that we need to work both the Smooth Muscle and the tunica to make solid gains. I like Tunica Tugs. They are working for me, so now I need to grow my Smooth Muscle. (which is why I am looking for info on the smooth muscle)

As for my comment about conflicting thread, I misspoke a little. I meant that I've found conflicts on what exercises actually do what. For example, I first read the Tunica Tugs were for girth and then I read that they were for length. I also read that the A stretch worked the Ligs while the V stretch worked the Tunica. Then I read the exact opposite thread somewhere else. As for the TGC theory, I think it's rock solid.

I know that PE is really all based on theories and that different guys get different results. But still I want specific info because I want to know how these exercises effect my body.

I had read that the smooth muscle will go through hyperplasia, which is similar to hypertrophy. I would still like specific information in the cellular level on how the smooth muscle develops through girth exercises. I know there are a few vets here that are experts on the science behind these exercises, I got to research again to see who's the one that would know about this.
