  • My new routine - your opinions!

    Hi guys,

So after 8 months of searching for a routine to actually make gains, I THINK I have found a good routine and I'd like your opinions about it, perhaps some adjustments can be made.

All the routines I write down below include proper warm up and warm down!

What I did so far and it didn't work:
    - Basic routine, which consists of basic stetching, 10-12 minutes jelqing.
    - Jelq-free routine
    - R's routine - fast jelqs.

    Basic stats:
    - EQ is had always been 10.
    - PI's were always good except when I did the jelqing a bit harsh - happened at start.
    - Started 5.4 x 4.8, now I'm 5.7 x 4.9 (length is NBPEL)
    - Wife still haven't noticed/felt any difference - honestly, I don't feel a visuall difference that much myself.

    What I've realized so far:

    - My penis is damn stubborn and strong, therefore a more harsh routine and pressure is needed.
    - What I've done so far perhaps could've worked with MORE reps and MORE sessions.
    - An ADS may work.

My new routine (2 on 1 off):
    - Phallosan all day, minimum of 11 hours and more.
    - Basic stretching 30 sec each stretch (right, left, down and up) - 2 sets.
    - R's routine, fast jelqs - 500 reps, each rep is 2 strokes.
    - Wet jelqs - 50 reps - each rep is 2 strokes.
    - Ulis - 4 reps, 30 seconds each.

My BPFSL isn't very large, therefore jelqing perhaps hasn't made me gain so far since the tunica is a limiting factor in my case - or so I believe.

Your opinions will be greatly appreciete, perhaps I should add something, or change something...

    So far PI's are good.

    Thanks
    Fantastic

If you've been PEing for 8 months you can probably swap the basic stretches for bundled stretches. The mandingo stretch might help you as well. Be careful when you first start them though.

Experiment with this routine for a while to see if it works, if you still don't gain girth after 3 months you should try clamping.

Jelqing is really good for EQ. When some people start jelqing they make really good gains quickly because they don't have as high of an EQ as you.

The new routine looks good. The only thing I would suggest is go back to slower jelqs.

Hi wishful! as I mentioned in my post - I do 50 regular wet jelqs (slowly) in addition to 500 fast jelqs.

I'll have to be honest here - I'm terrified from those techniques, so easy to get an injury.

I was the same way when I first got into bundles, but now they are my favorite stretch. I've never gotten an injury from them. You just have to take it slow in the beginning.

Just start with a half rotation for short holds. Eventually you can build up to 360 rotation and more volume. Bundled stretches before girth work will help you get better expansion during the girth exercises.

Well I guess I should give mandibo and bundled stretches a try, I'm very afraid of injury so I'll play it super safe.

                Thank you guys!

Sounds exactly like my situation! also low on BPFSL, stubborn dick, no gains with beginner/intermediate routine so far, around same size as you and EQ 100%! So i wish you good fortune and luck, hope it works for you.

I might write to you later on to hear if it worked or not, if you dont mind.
