Random post but I want to talk about it anyway,I'm starting to think my doctors were half wrong about my problems coming from bruising,I say half wrong because I may have bruised it from getting hit with a basketball but I'm starting to think my low eq was from my pelvic floor,I've never really paid much attention to it but I've never actually had 100% eq,it just was never low enough to notice and I never had pre-e,I think this was because as long as I could remember I kegel all the,time,from birth practically,when I masturbate, when I have sex,when I pee,when I flex(lol) so I stopped this and started relaxing my pelvic floor and started doing reverse kegels when I'm close to the ponr and omg I don't think my dicks ever been happier
