  • Bundled Stretches?

    I've heard them mentioned...but how exactly do you do them?

    Twist your dick, like a corkscrew. And pull. I do tunica tugs this way since today, twist it then grab from both ends and pull opposite directions. That will really target the tunica. Also for everytime you twist to one side, twist to the other. I do a full twist so my glans are the same, I started doing only half but I likely could have started with a full twist but I was just being extra careful. Heard some people saying they can do over 2 twists..thats crazy

      I just started doing these. I only do a 1/2 twist, but I can still feel it. I also kegel while stretching. I like to give my PC muscle the resistance of pulling (slightly) against the kegel pull. I think the bundle stretch and kegel while stretching have really helped with my recent length gains. Sorry, no girth gain yet (which really blows).

        I think we need a picture of a bundled stretch in action. Seems like there is a lot of confusion surrounding them.

          The bundled stretch is easy to visualize. Pull you dick straight out as if you were doing a normal/basic stretch. Hold with a standard ok grip behind the gland. Then twist/rotate/flip it over 1/2 way so that the underneath/bottom part of your gland (the part you normally can't because it faces the ground) is now facing up. Your gland will have rotated 50% around (you shaft is basically flipping over/twisted). That's a 1/2 twist. FYI: You are still pulling it straight out like normal, its just been twisted. If you do a complete twist/rotation, then the gland is rotated 100% and the top of your gland is facing you (like normal), except the shaft of your penis is twisted 100% "like a corkscrew". That's it. I like these. Do your standard up, down, left, right, out stretch. Some guys even do an A stretch or V stretch bundled. Not me. Not yet. Just take is slow and see how it feels for you. I also like kegeling while doing these stretches. Whatever you do, don't forget to twist/rotate the opposite direction.

            I tried i that way and the only stretch I felt was wear I was holding it under the glans? A picture would be AMAZING for this stretch....

                Mc Dong does a great job at explaining this, couldn't be explained much better. I could possibly put up a pic if you need but it won't be up til sometime tomorrow at the earliest.

                Step 1: pull dick straight out, like you would your typical stretch.
                Step 2: twist your dick, like a corkscrew so that your glans are upside down. (I'm assuming this is the part you don't get?) You don't bend your dick sideways here or anything like that, its a TWIST.
                Step 3: grip just under your glans and pull.
                Step 4(optional, works tunica even more): grip near base with opposite hand and pull towards your body (now both hands are pulling away from eachother)

                Thats about as much as I can do man, I'll work on getting a pic up if you still can't get it.

                  Sorry, I forgot I commented on this thread. I gave the best explanation I could in explaining how to do this exercise. I like how fisch28 added the "holding the base while stretching" part. I never thought of that. That's a great idea.

                  The first few times I did this exercise was strange. I was actually worried about twisting the arteries and viens in an unnatural way. Thats why I started with the 1/2 twist and gradually worked up to the fill twist. I do these every few workouts in attempt to stretch the tunica.

                  Lastly, as for posting pics, that's never going to happen. I hardly feel comfortable discussing PE via the Internet. A penis picture, even for educational purposes, will not end up in virtual space.

                  * check out this link Resistance training by Kegeling and focusing on your LOT . I just wrote a short thread about stretching, kegeling and some possible benefits. I think you apply the same principles to the "bundled stretch" too. Just proceed with caution and very slowly.

                  * FYI: I am not a PE expert, but someone who reads, learns and takes a logical approach to the art of PE

                      Again, the pics are superb, millia. Thanks for the added pics and explanation. However, as has been stated, caution must be taken when practicing this exercise. I didn't try them until I had six to eight months of daily workouts under my belt.

                            did you feel like it might give you turkey neck? I have a small turkey gevvk and when i twist the turkey neck twist too and I'm afraid it will make it severe but I like the stretch a lot and want to still do it

                              Not really. I never thought these gave me a turkey neck. I'm sure I would have experienced one by now from them. I DO have a minor T.N., but my foreskin is where most of the skin expansion has occurred in my case. I went from a lot of foreskin (I'm cut) to an anteater.
