So, considering the intensity and nature of this exercise is it wise to perform this daily or no...? I've heard its best to do this every other day to allow healing.
If you're conditioned then it should be done with your routine. And like every routine, there needs to be rest days, because that's when you actually get growth, during your rests.
How much bundled stretching is recommended? And how long should you hold them for? Could someone give a good amount to add to my routine? JP90 stretches, 15min slow jelq, 5 min jelq under hot water.
