Just bought a cheap silicone cock ring and it works brilliantly. Even when flaccid it kerps more blood in giving it more flaccid hang and kerping it looking bigger due to more blood inside it

I believe you can wear these consistently and it can help with increasing girth and keeping your penis healthy without it turtling when its cold etc

I don't recommend 24/7 usage.

If you are using a silicone version it might be ok, but when you wear a rigid ring, (metal) for a long time, you can damage veins in your penis.

Remember that the point of a cock ring is to restrict blood flow in your penis so you are larger and thicker.

This is the job it is meant to do.

When you are awake you can do something about your hard-on!

When you are asleep you are completely unaware that it is even happening.

Think about it this way. You wouldn't wear the same clothes 24/7.

'Doubt it should ever be tight enough to damage your veins. I think sizing is critical.
