  • My PE Theory

I think the reason that most people don't believe that PE works is that they lack the dedication and focus to continue with the programs or exercises that they need to start seeing real results.

For instance, if someone starts doing jelqs for a few days to a week and then measures to see if they got any results, they end up quitting because they didn't see a change. The truth is you won't see any result is that short of time span. It takes at least a month to start getting some measurable results. So a lot of people sell themselves short and convince themselves that this stuff just doesn't work. Which is far from the truth!

All of our bodies are different and we all grow and react to different exercises differently. So you can't really base your results on someone else's results. You have to go through the process of trial and error and see what works best for you by learning how your body adapts best to a particular exercise or program. Once you find the exercise or particular program that gives you the best results then you are all set.

For the best results possible, stick with it for several months or even years to get the best results possible until you start seeing your results plateau.

Once this happens it's time to make a change to your program. PE in a lot of ways is just like bodybuilding. I know this because I'm a bodybuilder as well. And what I learned in bodybuilding I also adapted to PE. One of the things I've learned is that sometimes you may not be seeing results because you are overtraining your penis.

Just like in bodybuilding, if you don't see muscle growth, it's because you are not allowing time for your body to heal itself and rebuild the muscle tissue causing it to grow bigger and stronger. The same applies to your penis.

Also, the opposite applies. You won't see results if you are not training enough. So you have to go through the trial and error phase to learn how your body best grows and what exercises or programs best work for you.

I hope this post helps you out a bit and gives you a bit of motivation. If you've seen any of my post in the past you can follow what I did and how I got my gains. And of course, this didn't happen overnight. But again I have to stress, just because certain things worked for me, doesn't mean it will work for you. You have to try everything and see what work best for you.

I've been away for a long time from this site, but I'm back now and will be taking on PE students soon as a PE COACH to help others get better results by showing them proven systems that are working the best as of right now.

I've done pretty much everything from jelqs to hanging and trying one of the latest techniques right now.

I just started a new program, but I won't reveal my findings until I'm certain that it's working and it's worth trying out for you guys.
