I saw an old post on this and then something similar on a Peyronie's forum.
Has anyone used hand warmers on Mr. Happy for all day heat? I bought some a my least favorite mass retailer (WM) - a box of 10 pairs for $5. So 20 hand warmers.
They don't get too hot, and deliver steady heat for about 8 hours. The first day I tried just stuffing one in my shorts along the shaft. That failed soon. Edges of the hand warmer were constantly poking into my shaft and balls. Next day I wrapped it around the shaft (I have a Peyronie's plaque, so that's where I focused it) and then wrapped one of my wife's hair ties around it. The hand warmer stayed in place relatively well, but I felt like I was cutting off the circulation to my whole dick.
So I began using medical tape - the kind we wrap around your arm after we take blood. It sticks to itself, is non-irritating, and holds things in place. Now I activate the hand warmer (shake it a little - the chemicals react when exposed to air), place it on the shaft where I want it, and then wrap it with the tape. When I start to not feel the heat, I stick my hand down there, squeeze the warmer a time or two, and it reactivates itself. It's discreet, safe, and hopefully effective in increasing blood flow down below.
Time will tell at how effective it is.
