If you are new, stick to the JP90 or any other 90 days beginner routine.
The goal here is to CONDITION your penis. You may gain a lot in this period, you may gain a little, or you may not gain at all.

After the 90 day conditioning (if you are new that is as you haven't mentioned) THEN you should look to try a different routine, one that works for you. You have to keep trying and see what is best for you. Again, this process can be fast, it can be slow, or extremely slow. Its different for everyone.

Can you let us know when you started, your current routine, etc.?

i started 5 months ago, but the last 2 months I wasn't committed, I gain in the first two months .4"
the routine is my problem, I don't have one I just stretch it in all directions and jelq, that's all.. without any rule, like sometimes I do stretches for 20min and sometimes I do it for just 5 because my erection level increased and I can't stretch it with 50% erect, so I pass to jelqing , i hope that you got the idea, if you guys can help me invent a routine that will be great

Honestly it's easy to adapt a routine from what's on this site, use the stretching portion of JP90 and do timed jelqing, let's say you start with 15 minutes and increase by one minute every month until you start seeing negative indicators (lowered EQ), when that happens take 10% off of your jelq time.

That means you will be working at 90ish percent of your maximum recoverable volume.

Ligament gains have a tendency to happen quickly, so after your beginning conditioning I recommend just sticking with a moderate amount of stretching to influence the direction of cellular growth.
(In reference to tunica and CC growth)

Good luck with your PE journey

thank you for your reply, i wonder if jelqing and stretching are enough because you know when I read someone's routine in here I find a list of different exercises and confusing ordre, do you suggest to just stick with jelqing for this period and after that add some exercises one by one ? or should I just sit and think to invent a routine that include those different exercises ?

I think you have to be consistent. If you read through the forums, you will see a number of guys who have been successful. Many have done different exercises, but what they have in common is consistency.

Make a routine (you can see some of mine here: https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...-thread-8.html most recent on page 8) and stick to it for a few months. If after a month you feel it is not right, make small adjustments to intensity of amount. If it does not satisfy after three months, change. If it works for you, take a week break after three months and get back to it.

I was like you and not committed at the start. I don't really know what it was that got me to commit, but I remember a saying of my fathers, "either shit, or get off the can"... You need to 100% commit for any of the beginner programs for the time required. Think of it as nothing more than conditioning for the advanced exercises... I did that and don't think I gained anything, but my goal was to "shit or get off the can"... Afterwards I got into some of the advanced routines and have really enjoyed it...

By the way, you've gained just shy of 1/2" by "experimenting". Gaining 1/2" in 6 months is amazing, so you should feel proud... Just think of what you can accomplish if you commit to a program and (as Nike says) Just Do It...

I personally stick with jelqing as my primary exercise, I don't think it matters as long as you're consistent.

A variety of ways exercises have been shown (anecdotally) to be effective.

I'll agree with the above posters that consistentcy is key.
