    I'm a firm believe in the Continuos PE Theory (doing PE at all waking times of the day) and I practice it as much as possible. I work from home and my fiance doesn't live with me (though that will be changing soon) so I have the ability to do as much as I want with generally no restrictions or interruptions. When I am out of the house, I try to grab quick stretches when I can and I wear a leather package strap to help keep my bulge big and heavy and to help prevent turtling as much as possible.

    What are some things/methods/techniques that you guys do to engage in PE throughout the day, IF that's a thing for you?

    I may not do specific exercises all day long but I use an ADC (All Day Cockring) when I'm aiming for girth.

    I use a Ball Zinger 24/7/365 for maximum benefits.

    I also try to squeeze in short (2-5min) edging sessions a few times a day to keep engorged.

    BTW I only go flaccid while stretching or while under stress or cold weather. Pretty much 30-60% erect 24/7
    :rules: ATTITUDE is the most important skill on this journey of phallic enhancement.

      I have found that if I wear not-too-tight slacks I can wear my Phallosan to work and go 4 hours before i take it off, spank and stretch the Tool, and then put Phallosan back on the other side or on my leg for 4 more hours. It works great, keeps a good stretch throughout the day. I do try to wear it equally to the right, left, up and down, to get good overall stretch.
      Every pee break I do some manual stretches to get blood flowing, avoid cold head, etc.
      This works for me.
