  • Maximizing my gains?

    Hi once again After long discussion about relationship agreements, i have a question for those PE enthusiasts with huge load of experience.

    I`m interested in clamping, but the problem is I have not tried many different techniques (longer, but less reps; shorter but more; clamping twice a day). I would like to know which technique worked the best for you?

    Moreover, I`ve read many discussions about rest days, but every discussion chose different schedule as the best ( 2 on 1 off; 1 on 1 off; 1 on 2 off). Which one would you recommend? It is understandable that you need rest days to heal your penis, but sitting there and resting when your penis healed few days ago won`t give you gains

    I know nothing of clamping.

    Breaks, though, have been of interest to me recently.
    The prevailing wisdom now is that even if you feel that sitting there doing nothing is, well, doing nothing, it actually is doing something.
    It seems that first you give the penis a day of healing, then once it is good, the next rest day is helping towards growth. Having tried a few different break schedules, I am not doing a 1 on 1 off type, with a two day on in the middle. It has had an impact on EQ so far.

    I think it is up to your own situation, but breaks are needed. I think the best way is to find your own rhythm, in terms of how many days per week, etc. Do a few weeks of good PE, up to 6, then take a week off. Then back into it.

        I agree with incogneetoe with breaks. I just posted in my progress log how I recently noticed I've made measurable growth after taking at least 3 days off. I currently do 5 days on and 2 days off, but will take 3 days off every 3-4 weeks for optimum growth.
        Jan 31/18: BPEL: 6.5” MEG: 5.5”
        Mar 03/18: BPEL: 6.88” MEG: 5.7”
        Mar 30/18: BPEL: 7.125”MEG: 5.7”
        May 03/18: BPEL: 7.28” MEG: 5.7”
        Aug 10/18: BPEL: 7.5” MEG: 5.7”

          For me it seems that a 3 month "cementing" routine, break, a month intensive, and a break leads to a good gain. So far over three summers doing that each time led to a quarter inch.

            Cool idea. Would you recommend that on JP90? To take a 3-4 days off at the end of every month?

              The JP90 gets lots of good press, so even though I have never done it I would recommend. And a 3-4 day break at the end makes sense.

                Can you tell me more about this routine? 3 weeks you go with only 1 day off per weak and the last week you rest 3-4 days? Am I wrong?
