There are things people do to keep their penis in an engorged state and therefore promoting the girth gains, wearing a cockring seems the most popular way to do it. But what if I am aiming for length - what can I do to promote length by keeping the penis elongated? I always get good stretching sessions but my penis just turtles without any reason (no overworking, good sleep, everything fine) and I feel like that can impede with the length gains.
