Hi there once again. I want to ask about this exercise I`v just tried: When clamping I get as much blood into penis as possible and then cross my legs(like girls sit) while sitting down. This way my penis girth increases 0.5 inch in girth, pressure inside it builds insanely, but penis becomes shorter about by inch. Have anyone tried this exercise? Does it give any good result or maybe it decreases your penis length?

Few questions about clamping

My length gains slowed when I started clamping, but no decrease. I use a cable clamp thing from a hardware store and hold it for 15 minutes, it looks shorter but a lot fatter while clamping but otherwise I hold the same length with consistent girth gains.Start
BPEL: 6.75-7"(not a good measurement)
BEG: 5ish (not a good measurement)
Current (4/10/2018)
BPEL: 8"
MSEG: 5.375-5.45"
Goal
BPEL: 8"+
MSEG: 6"

How long have you been doing PE for? And your length shouldn't be getting any shorter at all, if anything it should increase slightly once you put the clamp on. You have to be at 100% or at least 95% to get the best clamp sessions. They are also best at 5 to 10 minutes sets, nothing more than that or it could be seriously damaging..Originally posted by Foxie View PostHi there once again.
