    I just want to increase my girth, don't want lenght.. Is it good just to do jelq exercise? Please help!

    How long have you been doing PE for?

      Hey Kenny!

      Once you have conditioned your dick for about 3 months you should consider pumping. I gained over an inch in girth, albeit took five years.

        Just 1 week... I want to PE just 1 month and want to gain as much as possible. I don't have time, so after summer, i will continue with PE for long period.. But can i gain anything in 1 month of doing PE? 1panamanian you are experienced, need your advice!

          As a beginner you're going to have give it more than a month of training to see real gains. Most true gains come after the 3rd through the 6 month periods, following a solid PE routine. Go on the PEgym search bar and search jp90. Start doing that routine as soon as possible for the next 90 days and then you could work up to doing more advanced exercises.

            If you are looking to gain as much girth as possible in one month then I highly recommend that you don't do any PE until you have the time and patience to do it right and safely. The likelihood of you gaining any girth in one month is very small. Girth takes time and in most cases some advance exercises. Hold off until after summer, I would hate to see you show up in the Penile Anomalies and Injuries forum.

              Do you have time for a 15 minute shower? Do your regular business in the shower, and make sure you get a good, warm stream along your penis, to warm it up, the first five minutes. Then do five minutes stretching (as per the JP90 routine)l, followed by five minutes jelqing with some sort of lubricant (coconut oil or olive oil works well).

              It is highly doubtful you'll see any significant gains during the first month with such a short routine, but I believe consistency is better than sporadic spurts of effort. It will probably result in a bigger flaccid size, though, and better erection quality, as well as conditioning your penis for more strenuous exercises in the future.

                Yes i have time for that.. but guys, okay lenght or girth gains i will accept anything in 1 month if possible, i will have sex with my girlfriend for the first time, i don't have experience so i want to do something with my penis to be more confident, because i dont have any good thing, im not experienced and i have avarage penis.. some advice please help to gain 0.5 in lenght if the girth gains are that slow.

                  Just start off with the JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine), that about all the advice you will get here for a newbie. You may or may not make gains with it in a month but the chances of gaining 0.5 inches is very slim at best. PE safely. After all you want a working dick the first time don't you?

                  If you want to rock her world the do some research on how to make love to a woman. Learn some good foreplay techniques and make her feel desired. A girl doesn't want to just be pounded on with a dick.

                      If you're mainly concerned with getting ready for the first plunge, I would say erection quality and pelvic floor balance is what you should focus on. One month of PE will not likely result in any erect gains, but one month of working on erection quality and pelvic floor balance can do wonders.

                      I'd recommend doing kegels and reverse kegels, to gain good control of your PC muscle, as well as edging without ejaculation. When you are edging, try to feel between your anus and scrotum with two fingers, to see if you notice any spasms or involuntary contraction. This is what causes male orgasms, and you would want to be able to control whether or not these occur. If not, you have very little control over when you blow your load, which can be quite frustrating. If you become proficient in reverse kegels, you can hold these contractions off as long as you'd like, and thus keep having sex for endless amounts of time, more or less. I'd also recommend doing daily hindi squats, to stretch out any tense pelvic floor muscles you may or may not have.

                      Don't worry about your penis size. Just make an effort in listening to your girlfriend, and make her feel special and loved.

                        Hey Kenny!

                        If you have not already done so, It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

                        It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

                        Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue.

                        Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

                        PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.
