  • I got some quick questions

    Hello everyone im new here

    Okay so my first question is about red dots.
    Right so i finally got to max pressure in the bathmate without having red dots, so i done 4 days at max (3 x 5min sets) then a break day, then another 3 days, but on the 4th i had bad red dots, so i took a few days off, but when i done my session, got the red dots again bad, so i took a week off, when i went back in i was very careful and only done 3 minutes a bit below max, and even this caused red dots... why am i getting them so much now?

    My next question is just about my routine and if it is good or not.

    So i warm up for 5-10 mins
    Stretch each way for 30 seconds, 4 sets of that.

    Then jelq for 15-20 mins

    Then bathmate for 15 mins

    I do this for 4 days then have a rest day.

    This is my new routine as my old one was just to condition myself, which i thought i done until the red dots showed up.
    Been doing PE for 4 months now and still yet to see any gains

    And lastly is how TF do you stretch without getting a semi, most of the time im stretching with a 40% erection and have to stop alot to let it go down, which is reaaallly annoying.

    Hey ThatGyy!

    Welcome to the Gym

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    Red dots are normally caused by excess vacuum. I recommend you cut back on the vacuum level.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

      You have a solid routine man but what I'm guessing is that you're probably putting too much stress on your penis when doing jelqing and possibly Bathmate in the same session.

      15 minutes of jelqing is a while. For me that'd be over 1000 jelqs. Combining that with Bathmate and it could lead to some overtraining.

      I'd suggest cutting down your jelqing a bit when you use Bathmate in the same session and to also jelq with aloe vera gel or Vitamin E lotion.. believe me it helps ALOT, especially with the healing process.

      Slowly but surely you should start to see the dots going away each day after your routines.

      Making sure to warm down after a PE session is crutial. Stand under hot water for a while and massage your cock but don't exercise it. It'll help with the blood flow and rejuvination 👍🏾

          Welcome to the GYM! Take it easy and watch your PI's. Consider looking up how to make a homemade jelq device. Its super cheap and easy to do. That is the only way I jelq now and I have seen many positive side effects. Funny trick but it works; when you do your stretches, try doing them standing on your heels. It's an anti-boner trick I learned in high school, saved me from a lot of awkward moments!

            nothing wrong with stretching at 40%: however, over 50% could be a problem.

              Wow didnt expect so many people to reply, thank you all for your help i’ll defiantly check out that vitamin e lotion. And try standing on my heals when i stretch.

                One of my problems atm is warming up as usually i do my routine while my parents are asleep so i try to be as quite as i can. I cant really run a shower as it will make to much noise. I use a hot towel but my boiler makes alot of noice so i dont really want to do that twice. I read that warming down was helpful but not essential so i never really bothered with it

                      More jelqs doesn't mean more size. At this stage you will grow no matter what you do but it's important to learn the fundamentals first, like slow wet jelqing, stretches, proper recovery and sleep.

                          You can make one with a sock and rice. Put it in the microwave for 20 seconds and wrap up. If not look up electric heating blanket on amazon, thats what I use. It's alright though, honestly the sock + rice is 10x better.

                            I will give the ricesock a go, i always thought damp heat was what you needed rather than dry heat though
