Okay so my first question is about red dots.
Right so i finally got to max pressure in the bathmate without having red dots, so i done 4 days at max (3 x 5min sets) then a break day, then another 3 days, but on the 4th i had bad red dots, so i took a few days off, but when i done my session, got the red dots again bad, so i took a week off, when i went back in i was very careful and only done 3 minutes a bit below max, and even this caused red dots... why am i getting them so much now?
My next question is just about my routine and if it is good or not.
So i warm up for 5-10 mins
Stretch each way for 30 seconds, 4 sets of that.
Then jelq for 15-20 mins
Then bathmate for 15 mins
I do this for 4 days then have a rest day.
This is my new routine as my old one was just to condition myself, which i thought i done until the red dots showed up.
Been doing PE for 4 months now and still yet to see any gains
And lastly is how TF do you stretch without getting a semi, most of the time im stretching with a 40% erection and have to stop alot to let it go down, which is reaaallly annoying.
