I desperately need to update my one month old log, but basically I’m pumping near daily, clamping every other to every 2 days (5-6mins, 1 set), edging, and doing ULIs about 3-5 days a week. I hold for 30-45 seconds while continuing stimulation for max expansion, but I only do five. Is that enough or should I do more?
I’ve been doing PE for nearly 8 months. Literally no measurably length since May, but my girth is up roughly .25” in the past 6 weeks. I was doing PE with less commitment before, then I bought a daily planner to record my sessions and it’s kept me active.
Started at 4 x 4, now I’m 5.5 x 4.5, so obviously I’ve gained. And lost weight for added fun!
