I've been doing all kind of girth exercises including Jelq, Ulis, Clamp, Bundle Stretch (and yes I read the TGC theory), Tunica Stretch, Squeezes,... (but no pumping yet). I've gained only 0.25" in girth in 4 years (2014-2018)! All my girth gains mainly came from jelqing at the beginning (so it's probably just improve EQ). I didn't notice any gains from doing Ulis or Clamping (though I did get expansion while clamping but it quickly went away as soon as I take the clamp off). I thought my tunica was too tight/tough so then I decided to do bundle & tunica stretches but nothing changed. I am a very patient person, otherwise I would be really frustrated since I didn't gain much in 4 years. So I still want to listen to your advice guys. Please help me break through this.

Hey OP , I think it's all about the intensity & duration of the PE when it comes to girth gains.
I actually took longer for length than girth.
It took me 1 1/2 years to gain 1 inch in girth.
My girth work was
* Horizontal Movement Jelqing
* Erection Bending
* Horizontal Movement Jelqing & Erection Bending Simultaneously
* 720 Bundled Penis Stretching
* 540 Bundled A&V Penis Stretching
* Clamped Edging , Manual
* Squeeze Technique
* Ulis
* Shock Jelqing (500-1000) jelqing movements
* Stamina Training always *
Erection Kegels
Regular Kegels training
Reverse Kegels training
Always Edging and Ballooning for no less than 30-45 minutes without ejaculation ( Hand but preferably my Fleshlight due to the high EQ )
Sometimes my PE training would last for
1 1/2 - 2 whole Hrs. I'd PE with VIGRX Plus and use Vigrx oil to help with starting my Jelqing and edging sessions.
On my progress log I'd made up my own PE routine which I called my Personal PE Stud Routine because it took so long to complete.
I've been doing PE for 3 years but I actually plateau with my EL after 2 years & EG with 1 1/2 years
It's more of a enjoyment for me & measurements never concerned me , they just came . My Wife was always my go to with success because she would always comment on the difference she'd feel.
My starting BPEL was 6.75 & MEG 4.75. Before starting PE my original Bpel was 7 inches until I got really fat.
I personally accredited my first .25 gains with weight loss because when I started PE I was 300lbs & now I'm 225lbs from a 48-46 waist to a 36 waist. My actual 1 inches of EL & EG I accredited to hard work.
Sometimes looking at PE for sheer Penis Health helped me keep up the training & not worrying about gaining. It's funny how that worked out.

Your routine seems too intense for me. I'm wondering how is your EQ after each workout? Your EQ the day after workout? Do you still workout when your EQ is not good? Congrats on the weight loss. I too started out at 300, and then managed to get down to 159. I have gained significant weight after a back injury and financial crisis, so I am struggling to get the weight back down. As for your struggles with girth, have you tried bending? I hit a plateau years back, and semi-erect/erect/clamped/squeeze bending broke me through. If you are well conditioned I would suggest them. The best of luck to you on your journey.

Heck yeah it was intense 😂😂😂 & still is. That's why the edging & Ballooning after your PE routine is Paramount. Full EQ for 30-45 minutes is what does the recovery after intense PE . Supplements helped me a lot & believe it or not Kegeling along with Reverse Kegels helped with gains also. My Pi's we're indications of how often I did my Stud Routine which was only 2x a week. The other days were just something regular I did which consists of mainly Jelqing and not all the crazy pretzel bending of my Penis. I don't think I'll have a full inch in girth after 1.5 years like Tango, but I go with the less is more approach. If I overdo it, EQ sucks and that's a huge problem b/c the wife and I get down every day. Sex with poor EQ is the worst and psychologically not good for me.
What I found works for me is "slow" jelqs that a lot of the time are closer to erect squeezes. I go for 10 mins and I do this 4 days a week with rest in between. I do a few stretches after - stretch in either two or four direction, with 10 reps each of counter+clockwise circular stretches in between. I've found stretching to be a big culprit in lower EQ for me.
With the slow jelqs/squeezes, I'm sure to stop about two minutes after I really feel it stretching out. This is to avoid overdoing it and poor EQ. I've found I gain and feel best when I can keep high EQ. I plateaued when I was overworking it, which only caused more overwork and it becomes a vicious cycle of not gaining. No more of that. I realized it is exactly the same as when I used to plateau in the gym due to overwork. Work just to your limit, only slightly over, then stop. Patience is key, but a year goes by quickly and the gains will be there.3/8/2017: BPEL 7.75 MEG 5.25

That's just a fact , intense penis stretching kills EQ. Supplements along with some good EQ cream gets me right before my Jelqing and Edging. VIGRX OIL is great but their not the only ones who make that stuff. Male Extra also makes EQ cream for Jelqing & Edging. All it does is get your blood flowing pretty good after rigorous penis stretching. "Big Al" , always pointed out how important edging and Ballooning was after Jelqing on his Erection Fitness program. I added the VIGRX OIL after doing serious bundled penis stretching because it just helps get your EQ going good. ( Just a dab seems to do the trick )

It's the practice of Semen Retention that gives discipline if Visual is used when edging. A lot of guys cannot plateau edge when using porno whether hardcore or soft. That's why I say it takes discipline. ( Plateau Edging & Start Stop Edging are two completely different styles of Edging )
"ByggD's guide to controlling your ejaculation response" has a awesome tutorial on this type of edging with visual. Using reverse Kegels is going to send you right into a MMO ( multi male orgasmic ) once you get really good. ( This is under the Pre-E sticky )
