Hi guys, I have a few concerns about continuing PE in college, but I want to give some background information: I actually do have a progress thread, if you wanna check that out, but my main problem is I've moved into college and have decided to stop hanging altogether, as I no longer have any privacy having a roommate and all.
However, I do continue to jelq everyday (probably spend about 15-20 minutes everyday with ~250 jelqs) seeing as I am able to stealthily do this exercise fully in my dorm... I was just wondering in any advice that would further my gains (I'm afraid that since I stopped hanging, I'm going to shrink in size or something) in place of hanging. Like...
Should I stop jelqing and switch to a stretching routine instead (since focus is length)?
Should I try to keep doing hanging and find time when I can get in a set or two (my concern is someone finding my hanger device or being walked in on)?
Should I try to find time to do jelqing AND stretching?
Is jelqing even effective as a routine for length gains?
Is stretching more of a benefit than jelqing is?
What would be an efficient stretching routine anyways?
P.S. Sorry for the wall of text and questions, but I'm serious about PE'ing and want to efficiently gain throughout college without worrying of losing any gains.
