Tommorow I will start PE journey, mu goal is to add 0.2 in girth, if I, for example, gain 0.2 in girth for 2 months, i will quit mu PE. But then i need to cement that 0.2 gain right? Can anyone tell me how is that going and how long it takes to cement that 0.2 in girth?

I'm sure someone will post the link to the super long thread specifically about cementing. But, if my memory serves me well, I believe most say the amount of time to gain the gains will be needed to be sure of cementing them. Although, the routine will not be as intense.Start: 9/1/18

Maintaining gains is much easier than making them.
you may have to do once a week or so a whiles after the cementing, just to make sure
This is an extreme example , bib who did hanging like seven hours a day or some crazy number gained like 4.5 inches in a few years. He went to maintenance and lost .75. Your gains are definitely obtainable, and indeed after they're, both length and girth, maybe do at least a couple months afterwards, then taper down to once a week for at least another couple months.
Some guys have seemed to maintain by hanging once a week or pumping once a week. It all depends how far you would like to take it.Last edited by PEispossible; 12-13-2018, 02:07 AM.

When you gain 0.2'' in 2 months, those 0.2'' are not all permanent.
A specific % of it is permanent while the other % is temporary, that needs to cement.
If you do not cement, the temporary goes away after a certain time and you are left with the other % of permant.
Lets throw out random numbers, lets say 0.15 is permanent, while the other 0.05 is through your daily regime, temporary swelling.
See, gains happen this way. You cause daily swelling which the body slowly over months "cement" to real gains.
And this process repeats itself. You swell more and the body cements that too.
If you stop at a point, you will have cemented gains and uncemented gains.
Therefore, it is adviced to overshoot your goal.
Instead of aiming for 0.2, aim for 0.3 or 0.4
And then simply stop.
The portion that is not cemented, will simply go away.
So you will drop down to 0.2 - 0.25 or so, depending on the real % of what is actually cemented and what is not.
Another way is the maintenance routine.
That causes your temporary gains to not vanish and gives it enough time to convert to permanent gains (cementing).
Gain 0.2 then switch over to maintenance for 2-3 months.
That should be enough timeframe for the body to fill the temporary size with real size.
After that, it should be "cemented".
Then you can completely quit PE.
But know also - penis size and erection quality both decrease with age.
So its better to always be on some sort of PE regime, just like body building.
If you do not have actual goals, just do maintenance lifelong. Its healthy.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ BPEL/NBPEL⠀x MSEG/BEG

I've been using the bathmate on and off for 3 years now. Id say I've gained about an inch in length and 2 inches in girth over that time. Could someone explain the difference between a PE for growth and maintenance? I use the bathmate 3-4 days a week for 20 mins a day, then I do some light jelqing. This is my PE, right? Thanks! This has been very helpful as to help me solve my problem as to why I haven't been able to maintain the gains Ive had over the years. They easily return when I use the pump but over a week I seem to return to what I had before, but now I know why. What would you say is a regular stamina training or sexual activity? Once or twice a week?

This is the problem with these threads. Everything is hypothetical without any real steps involved.
So once you hit / exceed your goal - cement it in.
We talking resurfacer? or a rubberized crack filler that you have to do 1/4 1/2 inch at a time.
Or just go straight post hole cement and fill it all in one shot.
Seems a bit scary, but i'm guessing at 50yrs old filling it with cement is a sure fire PE fix for me.

Spending much of my life creating a awesome physique through weight lifting. From this experience i could tell you i only have to do 5% of the work i use to to keep it. But i make that time count. My daily standard is 25 pushups 25 squats, if i do more i do more. I look better than 99% of the brothers in the hood. Once you reach a level all you have to do is touch on it. Baby. Just touch it a little. Kisses. No homo.
