Am I right in assuming that JAI stretches - the ones you can do whenever you use the toilet - don't require a warm-up beforehand? Is this considered safe due to the fact that the stretches are held for only two minutes?

JAI stretches are a low intensity exercise so there is no need to warm up.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

I wouldn't necessarily consider JAIs "advanced" in and of themselves, though most beginners are advised to perform other forms of training.

Not necessarily.
