Has anyone tried working out (bench, aerobic, push ups, sit ups, etc.) while performing their PE routine? I would think with the bloodflow going thru the body during a normal workout would be beneficial. Thoughts? If anyone has, was the experience positive or negative?

I would think so too - but I haven't read a lot about it by anyone here (or I'm not looking in the right threads) ...
I want to try it out but wanted to see if anyone ran into some pitfalls I should avoid ...Old Gym Log - Tracking progress with the iLogPE App

While doing PE itself is no. Like bench then jelq, incline then stretch.. Big nono. When you lift or exercise your body is taking blood from other places that doesn't need the blood and brings it into your muscles, one of the first places it takes from is your penis, which causes you to turtle during exercise.
BUT, you can exercise and then do PE, or vice versa. It's not just Penile Enhancement, it's a way of life.

I personally like to get my working out, bench press, curls, walk, etc. out of the way before I do my PE, because as millia pointed out, blood is taken from other places in your body and supplyed to your muscles. And, as a result of this, many guys will turtle during, and after they work out. Its much more convieniant becasue through PE your getting the blood flowing to your dick again."I came, I saw, I conquered"- Julius Cesear

I have thought of combinning the 2 myself, not simultaniously but PE after a workout. I thought of this because I was taking NitOxide for workouts. NO is released when you get hard and it works as an exercise supplement to pump-up muscules. I noticed I got hard easily once it started to take effect at the start of a workout.
So, I thought that if I had some NO in my system after a workout, why not try to PE with the remainder since it is more difficult to get totally erect after a strenuous workout. I have done this 10 or so times but, if anything, it just made me very tired puting both together. A short workout then PE, sure. I do not know if it would be beneficial or harmful for PE gains, but I was too tired to care so I have seperated the 2 now. I Workout in the afternoon and PE late at night.
The NitOx question I still wonder about, maybe someone has addressed it already: include NO in supplements for PE etc. Or I may post a ?? on it soon.
Oh, yes I might add, post workout is time to eat protein as well, not sure if that is of benefit to PE? I doubt it could hurt.Last edited by Gspot; 06-07-2010, 06:34 PM."Dogs bark at what they do not know ... Many fail to grasp what is right in the palm of their hand ... G-spot post a question about it to get better responses from members who may/may not have tried it. We don't know if there is a correlation between the two at this time.
Anyways, I like to exercise during the day, so my unit will turtle up naturally and then PE later at night when I'm cooled down.
What I've been doing recently since I have "burst workouts" is just do them and PE right after, the turtling isn't too bad, and the blood never really leaves my cock. It's not just Penile Enhancement, it's a way of life.

I work out 14-20 hours each week and concider my bloodflow to be prettty decent. Have tried doing serious workouts and then use the after-training shower as heating to PE, jelqing is muuuch more difficult then! Not as good expansion, not as easy to keep at erection level etc. As stated above this is due to blood drawn to muscles etc. It takes at least a couple of hours before I feel ready to do my routine. If I try to jelq first and then half an hour later train my penis turtles up like crazy and pretty much stays that way the whole day.
My advice is to get your workout done as early as possible.
* Your testosteronelevels are higher in the morning, so the training is more beneficial.
* Your calorieburning process increases throughout the day, resulting in more fat burned
* You can do your PE later in the evening and still get good results

Seems to me playing with your pecker while lifting is not very conducive to either exercise being done to its potential. Absolutely you should do one or the other at any given time. After all, doing some tricep pull downs while carrying an erection could lead to some serious bruising!!!FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"

What are the pros/cons of doing PE after working out? I usually workout lifting weights incorporated with short 30 seconds of HIIT cardio for 40 minutes. After that I immediately do PE in the shower. I have been on the JP90 day program for about 3 weeks. I noticed I am always turtled (and have to urinate {just once}) immediately working out. However I have not had too much trouble maintain an erection. I can usually get half way through before needing to slightly masturbate for maybe 10 to 20 seconds to get back to a 70% erection. Any advice on the pros/cons of PE right after a workout (designed for weight loss) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

*immediately after working out
I have been a member for a while, never posted, love going through and reading all this great information, but was unable to find this specific thread anywhere in the Forums. I stopped doing PE for a while, but now I have my routine down, so I plan on continuing to exercise then PE, unless of course it is really negative.
