Hello guys i would like to ask you how do you cope with unexpected rest days? I am working a lot so i dont have a lot of time. For example i get back home and one of my friends invite for a beer , joint , etc. Etc. I feel frustrated becouse i am really dedicated to my routines now. But in the other hand i dont want to loose my social life for it. Another question would be for example i missed 3 days. Do i have to bounce back slower or jump back into. Usual routine?

Life gets in the way sometimes, it happens to me also. If you miss a day or 2 due to unforeseen circumstances just keep plugging away. There's no reason to reduce your current intensity, alter your schedule or routine because you missed a few days. Just try your best to minimize missed days.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

What I do now is don't do a specific on-off routine, I just do PE on the day's I can so it means that the inevitable and unexpected missed days are my off days. So far, I do 5 days a week. Try that approach maybe?
If you are consistently inconsistent, don't expect you will make much progress.

I don't take rest days due to the number of days I only get in 1 session, or missed days completely. This also means some times I go for a week or two with no breaks. Then I might miss a day or two in a row. I simply do as much as I can when I can. Right? Wrong? Don't know if it's for everyone but, it's working for me.Start: 9/1/18

Just echoing the others. I don't really have planned rest days. At the moment they're more likely on a Monday and Thursday but generally I roll with the punches. Work might drop off on those days and pick up on others. Plus family and social life dynamics change etc.https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...bulge-log.html

If you know you're going to have at least 2 days off after your routine you can increase your intensity as you will have the time to properly repair.

I try and keep my Friday clear for whatever I get up to after work, but other then that as others have said just keep plugging away, we're in it for the long haul.
For me, I'd always do my exercises and time it so I finish around 9 then I'll go see my mates, I have being asked where I've been and I just tell them ive been wanking (half true!!)
Even if you have a little tug in the morning, though it's pretty hard to get the motivation if you start early.

Why not perform your routine first thin in the mornings. This will ensure nothing gets in the way of your training.

Funnily looking at the measuring stats of the ones that don't have planned rest days they seem to have made amazing gains. Wonder if this is a better way to do PE rather than planning days off. As I'm in the early stages I will plan rest days but with more experience I may begin to take days off when I feel like I need it.Start: BPEL - 7.008", MEG - 5.197"
