  • 1/4inch gain in two weeks, but don't know why

    Hey guys.

    2 weeks ago my measurement of BPEL was 6.8"

    And now I hit 7". I measured it 3 time today. measure, losing erection, measure, losing erection, and measure.

    Finally? Am I reaching 7"?

    should figure out why and what happened to mine.

    simply, I paid attention to length exercise, stretches: side to side (flaccid), bundle stretch (semi-erection), twist stretch to downward(semi-erection).

    before I quitted PE (it was 7 years ago), i hadn't any gains for 6 month and decided to stop it.

    Now I begun with little attention(Sep 2018), show little commitment (Jan 2019), and did well(March 2019).

    I'll measure it tomorrow if I measured this correctly.

    If so, let me do this way and I'll update what happen.
    PE Season 2 since Sep 2018
    (BPFSL, BPEL, EG)
    6 3/4 , 6 1/4, 5 1/8 (Sep 2018)
    7 1/4, 7 1/8, 5 1/4 (Jul 2019)
    7 1/4, 7 1/4, 5 1/4 (Oct 2020)

    If you restarted recently it could simply be a result of EQ. Many guys report EQ improvements from engaging in PE work. EQ improvements which lead to improved size.

    Sounds to me like you are indeed 7 inches and the restart you did has allowed you to be at your full potential. Good going.

      To me it seems like a natural progression as you became more focus than you started gaining, so now you know what works for you. Consistently improving your focus and commitiment.
      Sep 1°, 2018 - Initial: 17.2 cm (6.77') BPEL and 13 cm (5.1') MEG
      Apr 1°, 2019 - Current: 18.6 cm (7.32’) BPEL and 13.8 cm (5.43’) MEG
      Final Goal: 21 cm (8.26') BPEL and 15.5 cm (6.1') MEG

        The exercises, sets, reps, etc. are all incidental to the quality of tissue stretch. The mere act of paying more attention to your exercise is likely why you noted more gains
