  • How long is a successful girth routine?

    My current routines are about 45min including my pump for about 20. Is this long enough to see gains? I've been at it for a few months and have seen some gains but not as much as I would like.     I was pumping twice a day for 20 minutes at 5 hg. After nine months I still had not seen any significant gains. I then added a 45 minute session at 4 hg and gains started coming though it took five years to gain an inch in girth.

    Fat Pad = 1+/-

    Real cars have two seats. Everything else is a bus.

      I have a bathmate should I get different pump with a gauge? and did you do any manual work too?

        One last question. I didn't know you could pump more than 20 minutes a day. Is it safe to do it that long?

          The lower the hg the longer you can remain under vacuum. At 4 hg and 45 minutes you will generate some edema, but not enough to be counter productive.

            i think that 45 min is the limit for a girth routine... i usualy do 20/30 min

              Do you mean you had 20 minutes sessions at 5 hg twice a day, in addition to a 45 minutes session at 4 hg later on the same day? That would make around one and a half hour in the pump a day...
