no girth why?

    well so far the length hasn't gone down even if I don't pump for few weeks
    and it doesn't go down inbetween
    just no girth
    I will try other routines to see
    whats the best hg to pump for girth ? I keep seeing different numbers here

      for the last 6 months or so I have only been pumping.
      and went from 7.25 to 7.75 and yesterday actualy starting to creep past 7.75
      with zero girth gain so far...

      im hoping bathmate will help me with girth

        I believe in the bathmate for girth and even some length, but can i also suggest trying the Jelq Free routine? Give it 6 weeks. Maybe you're a hard girth gainer, but its worth a shot. FOr my dick anyways, it seems to respond much better to the squeezes than jelqs. There's a sticky on here somewhere that gives a how-to. But basically:

        1. Get 80% erect, and squeeze the base and right below the glans trapping all the shaft with blood.
        2. Hold for 5 seconds, thats 1 rep.
        3. Do this up to 50 reps.

        Its kind of similar to clamping in a way. I would also suggest to start clamping. It works.

          I did at full erect and held for 30 seconds but then I think it was too much

            Maybe, you probably know your own unit better than anyone. Like I said, I've had good luck so far on the jelq free, but i also pump and clamp too. I'm gaining.

                Girth gains are not easy after initial gains (some of that is EQ gains). You said you gained 1/4 inch, which in girth is substantial. Below is my PE story.

                I have been doing PE for 26 months and the first 4 months of simple stretch, Bathmate and jelq in between (two sets of 10 min BM and jelq for few minutes before and in between) and I gained 0.75 inch length and 0.35 inch in girth.

                I have changed my routine and tried all stretches, Uli’s, squeezes, edging with cockring and for the past 9 months I bundle stretch at least 30 min 5/week), Fowfer for 30 min 5 times a week edge with cockring (fully engorged and usually at 110% size) for at least one hour 5/week, 3 times /week sex with cock ring, double clamp for about two sets of 12-15 min 4 times a week and bathmate 5 times a week usually for 12 min before sex or at night .

                All my gains for the past 22 months are about 0.2 inch length and 0.1 inch girth. I also take citrulene mallet before workout, beet juice, ginger, dark chocolate and take cialis 5 mg most of the time before sex (helps with PRE-E as well).

                I still love doing PE (I also have PRE-E) specially edging and even more clamp edging (off course with porn).

                I am now about 6.5” BPEL and barely 5.0” MEG on good days (more toward the base anencephaly less below glands). I will never stop (married and do most of it stealth except bathmate while shower), since any gains are just extra. I am a good size now and if pump or clamp before with Cialis, I am way bigger.
