  • How do you find time to PE and how much?

    How do you find time to PE? Do you do it before bed or do long sessions on weekends?

    How much time should I spend on PE to see results? I got my newbie gains (.4" in length) but that's it, I didn't gain anything ever since, I am not consistent and don't have a program or routine, what do you guys suggest?

    I’m a devices guy. I was wearing my Phallosan Forte 8-12 hours daily, 7 days a week, religiously. Gained about an inch and a half over a year and then started over 2 years of pumping for girth 4-5 hours daily. Have seen a 3/4 inch of mid shaft EG. My length maxed out at 6.75 but lost a little and not reaching her cervix as easily so now I mixing up my routine. As I type this I’m in the Phallosan , will get a couple hours in then an hour of pumping, then back in the Phallosan for another couple hours. Back and forth like this for as many hours as I can daily. Yesterday 5 total PF hours and 3 total pumping hours. I’m hoping this back and forth action will stress the chamber and tissue for quicker gains in both length and girth. We’ll see. Today’s session will be shorter than yesterday’s as I have a job interview at noon. If hired I hope to continue my Phallosan time while on the job.
    Goal is 7 X 5.5. Current is 6.5 X 5.25.

      Great questions, M, and thank you for posting.

      For me, I found out that I need to MAKE time for PE instead of finding the time. I work from home so during taking phone calls, I can do exercises (mostly pumping) or manual exercises. If I can make time for other activities, I can make time for PE. There will never be a perfect time schedule. For me, I had to either make excuses or make time. I chose the time.

        I work from home most of the time and my gf knows I use an extender, so I have plenty of time for PE. My goal is to wear the extender 5-6 hours a day.
        Start: BPEL 6.75', EG 5.8", BPFL 4.5", FG 4.7", BPFSL 7.0"
        05/2021: BPEL 7.65”, EG 6.0”, BPFL 5.8”, FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.0"
        Goal: BPEL 8.0", EG 6.0", BPFL 5.75" FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.5"

          You gained .4" from the newbie routine. You aren't consistent or have a routine. Maybe you should do the newbie routine again maybe with some exercises that hit girth a little more since you gained from that program.

            Just have to look at your schedule and find opportunities to PE instead of something else. It's best to be consistent and have a routine so that it becomes a habit. You to be intentional about it. I used to get my PE routine in while showering. I did the JP90 and it worked. I later moved on to an extender because that worked better for my lifestyle and preferences. PE will evolve as you find out what works and doesn't, the most important thing is to just start somewhere and be consistent.

              I do most of mine in the evening but still try for a little in the morning or during the day.

              I set my alarm early during the week so I can do some manual stretches before getting up.
              During the day I try and get a couple of 5-10 min of manual stretches in, usually in the rest room.
              Of an evening I try to get a little hanging or every so often a pump session in and then slip on the vacuum extender for a few hours.
              Of a weekend I like to sleep in a bit but I still usually wake early so I slip on the extender for a couple hours while in bed.
              Pre PE - 7.75" BPEL - 7" NBPEL

              Current - 8.3" BPEL - 7.7" NBPEL

                  Training in the morning confers certain benefits. Hormone levels are highest upon awakening, and getting the workout done forst thing in the morning can give one a sense of accomplishment which carries through to the rest of the day.

                  If you';re new to trainign you should plan to put aside anywhere between 20-45 minutes total (assuming you're starting with manual training).

                    I spend probably about 2-3 hours a day total on active PE. Passive PE maybe 10+hours on most days. How much time to spend depends on what your training routine looks like. Congrats on the gains by the way. That’s definitely something to be proud of.
                    Start 9/30/18: NPBEL - 7.14" / MSEG - 5.25" - BEG - 5.5"/ EQ - 7/10 / BPEL - 8.15"

                    Current: NBPEL - 7.5" / MSEG - 5.45" - BEG - 5.75" / EQ - 8/10 / BPEL - 8.5"

                    Goal: NPBEL - 9.5" / MSEG - 6.5" - BEG - 7" / EQ 10/10 BPEL - 11"
