Phallosan question and skin

Hi all,

I just have a question on the sleeve when using the PF.

I’m considering to buy one but notice the sleeve goes over the shaft. Does it then stretch the skin? I already have loose skin and if the sleeve pulls on the skin it will give me only looser skin.

Just make sure you don't have a bunch of skin stuck up towards the end of the shaft when you roll the sleeve down. If you do it will stretch the skin.
I found putting the sleeve on then rolling it back off a bit and pulling out any bunched up skin along the shaft works well for me.

You can usually tell when you put it on too, if you pull the Phallosan and feel it pulling at the skin around the base of your shaft then you probably have skin bunched up, you want to feel the pull inside the shaft from having it pulling on the glands.

Thanks! Can’t we use it without the sleeve what is the purpose of the sleeve really???? It costs a lot by the looks of it to replace

Apart from the main bell/suction cap, you have the protector cap to go over the glans and help prevent blisters (do use this) then you have the main sleeve that rolls over the bell and penis shaft, this seals up the penis/device to allow it to create the suction to hold in place. You need to use it.

Both parts can be bought on ebay for a few dollars, I'm still using the original ebay ones I bought as they are thicker/ more durable
