  • Been doing PE for around 6 weeks and not seeing any improvement. Is this normal?

I have been doing the exercises every other day for 6 weeks. I believe I am doing everything in the beginners guide, but I don't seem to see any improvement. I have put on some weight (around 28lbs) over the last couple months and therefore I am overweight, so maybe this is an issue. I have a problem the with fat pad around my penis, but I know this is only improved due to weight loss.

I currently weigh 260lbs and I'm 5'9, so I genuinely need to lose weight. Would my weight be effecting my penis health when it comes to PE? I'm just trying to figure out why I am not seeing any improvement. I would say my erections have improved a little, but thinking that's mental and due to improved sleep recently.

Could use some advice please guys, thanks.

You really need to start a daily log (I looked over your post history), so others can see what is going on, and volunteer some feedback.
Doing the conditioning, doing it correctly/incorrectly, may or may not yield increases.

Please start and keep a detailed daily log. You can look over others logs, in the progress forum.

If you've gained 28 lbs. during the time you've been training it's very likely going to impact your EQ and health- which will impact your gains!

Male enhancement should be seen as a holistic effort- where you train the penis, body and mind for optimal results. Neglecting just one aspect will cause you to fall short of your potential.

Ditching the 28 Lbs will for sure make a difference on EQ, so at least a more hard unit is something to expect. But if that still doesn't increase your size, then dont worry. Many have experienced the same and not everyone will see the short term gain, which is mainly due to EQ gains.

You won't see results any sooner. If it was that easy and worked for everyone... it would be worldwide.

6 weeks is really too soon for most people to see gains IMO.

Set yourself a 6 month plan/goal to ditch some weight and continue the PE during this time.

I know its easier said than done but generally nothing worth doing is ever easy.
            Pre PE - 7.75" BPEL - 7" NBPEL

            Current - 8.3" BPEL - 7.7" NBPEL
