  • Effective girth exercise besides clamping?

    After an incident of over-training from clamping I been advised I should also look into other girth exercises since clamping can be really intense. I plan to continue clamping but with lower intensity. What do you guys recommend? I really want to try the bathmate but I do not have the privacy to store a device that big.

    Can you describe this incident? I plan on clamping in a few months, so I'm curious what happened. As for pumping, I love it. So far my gains have been temporary, but it's only been 4 months.

      On the bathmate topic you can get creative on where you store it. For reference I keep mine in a shoe box and use it 4-5 times a week when I know my SO wont be home for at least 30 minutes. She might find it one day but nbd. Read on here someone found a way to hang it under the sink behind the fake drawer which is pretty genius.

      On girth exercises look into the squeezes discussed in the advanced jelq free routine.

        Jelqs are an effective girth builder, but do them at a higher erection level.

        Squeezes are are similar to clamping but use your own hand.
        Original/Current Stats:
        09 / 2017: BPEL 6.75" / NBPEL 6" / MEG 4.75" / BPFSL 7.25"
        09 / 2019: BPEL 7.625" / NBPEL 6.625" / MEG 5" / BPFSL 8.125"

        Realistic Goals:
        BPEL 8" / NBPEL 7.0" / MEG 5.25"

          ULIs, Viking's Kegels/Squeezes, the Flexing Girth exercises and bundled stretches (supersetted with a girth movement) come to mind.
