  • Initially it was good. Now It looks thinner. Why?

    I started PE a week ago with Beginners basic stretching and jelqing workouts. At start I was 5.75' NBPEL, 4.5 MEG.

    Initially i felt i'm getting benefits from these exercises. Really I saw few positive changes in my penis. But after the end of first week, today when I saw my penis It appeared smaller to me. i lost girth. It was thin, looked like a pencil Dick.

    When I jelq, My girth improves instantly, I can see it growing but the next day when I wake up, It looks same or sometimes thinner, Though my erections are good, very hard erections.. Why? Is this a Bad news. Should I stop working? Or should I reduce intensity?

    Or may be It is because I masturbated 2 days continuously? Is masturbation affecting my gains?
    Initial at 10th oct 2019:

    NBPEL: 5.75 inches; MEG: 4.5 inches

    4 month Goal:

    NBPEL: 6.5 inches; MEG: 5 inches

    Long term Goal:

    NBPEL: 7+ inches; MEG: 5.5 inches

    Could be masturbation. Also could be sleep, stress, and too much stress on your johnson. Mine looks thin when I get bad sleep and jerk off too much. Look at all the factors.

      I find the skin around the penis gets puffy and adds girth instantly, while the CC and CS may not really be contributing to the girth at all. I forgot what this is called but the skin just gets engorged with blood, and this is temporary. Once the blood dissipates in a day or two, the penis is thin again. I can easily gain a 1/4 inch in girth from this extra blood.
      Also, no porn and no masturbation makes a world of difference for EQ.

        Yes, it's one week and I saw some positive results in my penis. The skin above penis looks thick and penis in flaccid state looks thicker. But when erected it looks same or sometimes thinner. So what, is getting skin above penis thicker is not a good news! I thaught this is a positive result, and was getting motivated to continue my practice.

          The puffy skin is temporary and is soft, so doesn't really improve sex for the girl. When erect, the skin stretches and the puffy skin doesn't seem that swollen anymore, so that's maybe why it seems to get thinner when erect. I think measuring your progress will give you a better idea of your girth; saying it looks thinner could be just perception. You probably didn't get any thinner.
