  • How many minutes are you manually stretching?

    1)What is the optimum time that made you gain length with manual stretching?
    2)How many seconds per stretching set?
    3)From 1-10 how much intensity are you using?

    5 minutes a day, maybe 6
    Low intensity
    One long stretch in each direction: left, right, straight out and down

        At the entry level advanced stages one can make gains with less than 5 minutes of stretching, to start.

        From: The Advanced "Jelq Free" Routine

        The "Side-to-Side" stretch. It's a very simple exercise and it's perfect if performed after "The Squeeze." Instructions on how to do the Side-to-Side are outlined HERE . Once you set the horizontal angle for your stretch, proceed from side to side repeatedly like a pendulum. Do NOT reset back up or down. EACH touch to a side equals one rep.

        I recommend doing UP TO 1,000 (advanced), resting a bit after every 100 reps. This routine is best performed by doing it 3 days a week (one day in between each.) Trust me when I say that your penis will need the rest for recovery and growth.

        A good starting point for the Side to Side would be 100 reps. [NOTE- at ~ 1 second per rep- even with slight readjustment breaks- this should take you well under 5 minutes to perform]

            1-2 set. 30min/set. Flaccid bunddle stretch. very light tensity.
            5/2019 Start: 5,2" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG
            10/2019 Bundled stretch: 5,6" NBPEL X 4,35"MEG
            10/2019 - 2/2020 Girth Exersices: on/off and no gains
            7/2020 Erect stretch: 6,25" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG

            Short term goal: 7" NBPEL X 5,5" MEG
            Long term goal: 8" NBPEL X 6,2" MEG

                7mm gain in length under 2 month.

                Im having erect shrink right now from too much of kegel if you remember me from my thread. But before shrinkening it 7mm gain in length.

                I gain nothing in girth from bundle stretch. I clamp forth girth and have gained 4mm in little bit over 1 month.

                    1)What is the optimum time that made you gain length with manual stretching? The JP90s prescribed time frame i guess.
                    2)How many seconds per stretching set? 30 seconds per direction.
                    3)From 1-10 how much intensity are you using? i guess anything between 6 and 8, depends how stretchy my unit feels.

                    I gained 0.2" in length in a month.
                    Starting stats - 20/09/2019
                    BPEL:6.7"
                    EG:5.5"

                    Current stats - 20/10/2019
                    BPEL:6.9"
                    EG:5.5"

                      my length gain came from proper warmup for sessions and using infrared light to heat it up during the rest of the session when pumping or doing anything else
                      it responds much better when superheated to 1000 degrees.

                          1. I started off stretching only for about 10 minutes. I have slowly worked my way up to 25-30 minutes.

                          2. I hold tension in the direction I am stretching for about 50 seconds.

                          3. At the beginning of my session I’m pulling around 5 or 6, by the end it’s around 7-8 maybe.

                            I have a "thepenisprofessor" account and on that site it tells me to "warm up" before and after a routine. Do you guys do this? Is it always necessary?
                            Started with ThePenisProfessor and did that off and on in 2017-2018 with minimal success.

                            Started doing PE again from PEGYM.com since Sept 2019.

                            Start (Sept 2019) BPEL - 5.8 EG - 4.8
                            Aug 2020 BPEL - 7.0 EG - 5.1
                            Sept 2020 BPEL - 7.1 EG - 5.1
                            Goal BPEL - 7.5 EG - 5.5
