  • has anybody gone from 5 inches to 7 or 8 inches?

    is there people on this forum that went from 5 inches or similar to 7 or 8 inches in length?

    if so how long di it take you. What methods did you use.
    And what was your flaccid size and flaccid girth.

    It is unfortunately very rare for someone to add 3 inches. Adding 2 inches is less rare, there's a good few about here. But gaining 1 or 1.5 inches is definitely achieved on a more common basis. 0.5 to 0.75 is seen quite a lot and 0.25 to 0.45 is seen quite a lot.

    At a wild guess I'd say gains are 50/50. Around half the people here seem to struggle getting gains.

    However I believe its down to training method. Given the right methods I believe most people would see gains.

      I gained 2 inches, but it took 3 years.

      So I'd say 5 to 7 is possible.

        I started off at 6 inches at age of 16, I did inconsistent routines like jelqing, ULI, Kegals, and clamping with a bandanna. I got to 6.8/ note the fact I probably was still growing do to puberty so I have no clue if I gained from that or from the routines. But when I started hanging I’m now up to 7.6 to 8. Depending on if my balls are completely relaxed and hanging

          Agree with 6f4. Im biggest when balls are relaxed and hanging. But this is very rare for me. Im not 100% sure if this has somethibg to do with unbalanced of pelvic floor.
          5/2019 Start: 5,2" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG
          10/2019 Bundled stretch: 5,6" NBPEL X 4,35"MEG
          10/2019 - 2/2020 Girth Exersices: on/off and no gains
          7/2020 Erect stretch: 6,25" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG

          Short term goal: 7" NBPEL X 5,5" MEG
          Long term goal: 8" NBPEL X 6,2" MEG

              I can say that my goal is 2" length and 1" in girth. So far I've hit the following over 4 years:

              6.5 BPEL x 4.75 EG - 10/21/2015

              7. 875 BPEL x 5.51 EG 11/29/2019
              The Ace - going for 8.66 x 5.78 - Original Girth goal reached!!
              (Original Goal as of 2016 - based on early stat growth)

              Current: 8 BPEL x 5.98 EG
              NEW GOAL - 8.75 x 6.25!!

                Thanks for sharing, those are encouraging results. Can you say if you were done growing naturally at the start, as well as what you did for all that girth?

                    It is possible, dude. My starting size was even smaller. Like mayne 4 inches and now i can stretch quite easily 8 inches. My only problem right now is that i can't fill up shaft. That happens very rarely. I'm working on that.

                        May I ask how long you hang for each period? It sounds like you need to hang for an hour or more a day and you can't really do much else while your doing it if you have to stand there with weights hanging from your penis.

                          I started around 5 and now 6.5 cemented.
                          A prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.

                              I have gained 1 inch inch in length and .25" in girth. Took a few years, and still training, for me this will be a lifetime thing, and I hope to gain more. It works, just takes dedication, time and caution. I like to change my routine around and try to find ways that work for me. Stick with it, it works. If you can pay for coaching that is a way to go to, get an expert to tell you how to be more successful. Best of luck.
