  • HELP: Been doin PE since 2008 and want results for Girth

    I have been in the PE game since 2008. I have had great results for length since that was more my primary focus, but ive had a really hard time gaining girth. So I have decided over the last year to focus my attention on girth now.

    My question is simple: What is a girth routine that has yielded permanent results for you?



    My current girth routine is(started two weeks ago)

    Always warm up and warm down with heat pad for 5-10 minutes

    Day 1
    5 sets of clamping for 10 minutes per set

    Day2
    5 tub crusher jelqs- 2 mins per jelq with full body weight with head pad to restore circulation.
    Cable clamp at the bottom while pulling the penis straight forward. 80-90% erect (5 sets- 5 minutes per set)

    Day 3 off

    Repeat 3 day cycle.

    So there you have it, for you girth gainers, I could use the help.

    While pumping I gained 0.2 inches on average the day after pumping. 0.5 would be half an inch

    I feel I could use more length. what did you do for length?

    as far as exercises I would research uli's and clamping.

      The JP90 is what I did for the first part. The stretches(up, down, left, right) helped with gains, the game changer was using the bib hanger. That’s the best for length imo

        pumping and slow jelqing, not much intensity is needed for girth in my experience

          I pumped twice a day for 20 at 5 hg six days a week and 45 minutes at 4 hg once a week. I also included pulse pumping and gained one inch in girth.

          Fat Pad = 1+/-

            For pulse pumping, did you use the DP4000?

              while I googled the dp4000, most of the results gave me anxiety and I was wondering if you meant Motorola 2 way radio or the Makita drill

                  Thats what I did in order to start gaining girth.I increased the intensity, and I would aim for atleast 0.25 " temporary expansion.The best I ve veen able to gtet is 0.5".

                  I used Ulis, Horse Squeezes, Slow Squash Jelqs.Those exercises are intense, so I figured I would need rest, 1on 1off was fine for me.Really you need to figure out for yourself what you penis can handle

                    I have a question guys..are more appreciable, the gains on rest or training days?
                    Starting (11/18/19)
                    BPEL - 7,5 inch
                    MSEG - 5,1 inch

                    (11/29/19)
                    7,8 inch EQ?
                    MSEG 5,3 inch EQ?

                    GOAL 8.7/9 BPEL MSEG 5,9 Inch

                      Did u mean noticable?
                      If so I think after complete rest of 10-14 daya is best to measure, when your dick is completely healed.

                      If its temporary gains, I watch for gains in training daya but some gains still remain on rest days
