Are there any effective ways, natural herbs, oil, creams for strengthening and thickening the skin under and around the glans, frenulum?

Thin skin causing breaking, hyper sensitivity.

Well, It is always thin and fragile even when left alone, not touched for days weeks. It cracks even when untouched for weeks.
