    TITLE SHOULD READ: Tindering. Fucking autocorrect...

    How do you deal with hookups when you’re own damaged from PE. The phallosan alone isn’t as bad, but the lg hanger does some damage to the glands that’s need to repair before I let anyone I didn’t want to explain PE to.

    My only solution would be two schedule anything 2 weeks out so I could fully heal, but that’s a pain in the ass

      How damaged(!) are you getting from your training? If you're inducing anything larger than pinhead-sized spots- which should dissipate in under 24 hours- you're overdoing things!

        I think it’s typical vacuum damage? The glands are reddish, dry skin, feels like a sun burn. One spot has some pain to the touch but I’m taping. If I wasn’t taping, it would have been a blister I’m sure. I pump to 6-7 psi and hang 7.5lbs for 40 min 4xday. Is that not normal? I use the 3m medical tape on the parts that are blister prone, and the glands cap from my phallosan each time.

          Anything that last for more than a day isn't normal, and (with all due respect) something sounds amiss with the side effects you're getting.

            I moisturize before bed, but not right after since i use the phallosan. I think part of the problem is that i have a thick shaft, but a smaller head. So while the chamber is snug on my shaft, there's a lot of extra room for my head in the chamber and the vacuum enlarges it too much which leads to issues. i should probably moisturize more because there's a lot of dryness going on. That's mostly what i would need a few days to fix before hooking up with someone. Maybe i should try the medical tape on just the glands again.

              You should definitely moisturize during your warm down (immediately after training). It's when your penis skin needs it the most!

                I am thinking about adding some vacuum stretching via an all day stretcher, but stories like these make me question things.
                I want to be as big as possible. I'm greedy.

                  Doesn't it need to be kept in a stretched state more or you could heal shorter and lose length? I can see this working for someone who's doing hanging/jelqing, but i'd lose traction on my ADS if i lubed it up with lotion after every hang session.

                    There are differing philosophies about this. If you're performing high volume/light intensity training, then post-training extension can be worthwhile. The same cannot be said about high INTENSITY training.
