  • Is this as effective as a V-Jelq?

I prefer this below to a v-jelq if it does the same thing:

I use an overhand (back of hand up) ok grip but concentrate more on squeezing the sides of my penis as I jelq outwards.

To make sure the side with my thumb gets blood pushed up it, I actually have the middle of my thumb squeeze the side of the penis.

To get the middle of the thumb to slide up the penis I do have to not apply any pressure along the top of the penis so there is a little gap at the top.....

I really feel the sides of my penis having the blood move through them, and it feels really effective. Can anyone else try it and say if they think it's as effective as the v-jelq?

    Thanks....

Does anyone think this does the same thing as a v-jelq?

If so, I'm going to do it instead because it's easier for me and fills my penis up with more blood....

    Looking for opinions, please...

Chuck , I'm thinking the V-jelq pulls blood into the CS more than the CC's .
That's why we use it .
When you V-jelq you go from below the base and move blood up from the penile bulb .
This increases the CS . This connects to the glans at its end as its a part of the CS .

Personally I'm trying to counteract an upward curve at the upper end of my unit .
I use an overhand hook type grip , with my index finger curling under and pulling up , with the urethra in the bend
of my finger . Holding the rest of my penis while pulling blood from the base upwards against the curve .

This would be my version of the V-jelq .
I'm thinking what you describe would be more like a standard jelq .
Sounds like a valid version of a standard jelq to me .
But not the same outcome as a V-jelq type .
      mael out !!!

Mael, not sure of that. A V-jelq grips the sides of your shaft or the CC's, V's barely if at all do much of anything to the top of your shaft or the bottom CS. With regular jelqing your fingers glide up the CS so you are working it to the max, while the pressure you assert on the sides (CC's) is less. V's are hard to do, especially if you have weak fingers.

Okay rbi , When I do these , I'm pulling with my hooked finger down at the very base where the CS is surrounded by the CC's . But the CC's are very narrow at that point , with main part of the CS under the urethra .
My hooked finger carries the U in its bend . Then I pull up about halfway . I hold the enlargement for 20 sec .
I may be engaging both the CS and CC's at the same time at that point . Because my glans get larger and very glossy and
the upper shaft gets much fuller .
He has a great expansion after doing these .
          Your thoughts ?
          mael out !!!

So is the jury still out on this being about the same as a V-Jelq?

I thought a v-jelq concentrated mainly on pushing blood up the sides of the penis??

Isn't that what my description in the 1st post does as well....

Doesn't Kingpole do a version of the V jelq thats similar to what Chuck is describing?

Thanks Mael for helping us all figure it out:-)

                  Waylander,
I believe Kingpole was calling it an inverted V-Jelq or something like that. To do the inverted V-jelq you simply put the penis between the same two fingers that you do with a regular v-jelq but with the hand on top and the back of the hand facing you...

I tried those for a while but the thing I'm doing feels better to me but seems to do the same thing.

                  Anyone else tried this?

So Chuck, if I get you correctly, if you took the grip you are suggesting for the sides and rotated 45 degrees, then you would have a regular jelq? Is that correct? I stopped doing V's a while back because of its inherent weaknesses. You are not ready for these yet, but ulis hit the entire package with a whole lot less effort but a whole lot more effectively. The same goes for squeezes.

Mael, sorry bro, but I don't quite visualize what you are describing. But if you are getting glans expansion, you are definitely doing something right!

I've been doing PE for about 6 months actually. I just was a lurker forever....

                      RBI,
                      Correct I think.

Another addition to explain this exercise:
Make the Thumb and pointer finger straight out and parallel. (SIGN LANGUAGE G)
                      http://0.tqn.com/d/deafness/1/0/V/2/LetterG_smaller.jpg

-Now take this and put it straight down on your penis with your thumb staying stiff and with the two straight fingers against your body.
-Make sure to keep the pressure on the sides of the penis shaft where you want to push the blood.
-Now wrap the pointer around the bottom of the shaft lightly.
                      -Jelq.

It seems like you can move more blood through the penis this way and you can still feel the sides of the penis getting the blood moved through them....

I do my v jelqs in the shower afer a good warm up.
Lather up some soap and lube together so the soap wont dry out yourr member.
With the v jelq grip ride it up slowly up the underside of your wang.
You have better control, the soap/lube combo makes it for a more comfortible slide.
