It really depends on your commitment to PE and your genetics. For most an inch would take over a year but just like with anything there are genetic elites.

I'm on the list so that thread is one of my favorites. It's also proof that PE works if you're careful and consistent. I'm amazed at the length and girth I now have...something I can wrap my hand around and see and feel the difference. It's been great for my wife as well. If you are fortunate and have nice newbie gains as I did, you can achieve your goals. Key things to remember are to be careful and be consistent. My progress log is very detailed, but by looking at my early work you can see the way I modified rbi99's Ultimate jelqs with kegels. Ultimate jelqs made a huge difference for me. Clamping is taking me to the next level, but it's very advanced. I would recommend clamping, but only after you are well conditioned and have read all you can about this advanced form of PE.

I appreciate the reply and advice! I've not heard of ultimate jelqs until now but I will look into that. Clamping is definitely in my vision for the future. If you ever get bored and wanna comment on my log I just put it in my signature.
I tried to get my link to look as compact as others but it was unsuccessful lol.

I’m a rare case but I gained .5 inches in girth in the first couple of weeks of jelqing at high volume.
Note that half of that was EQ however, but still .25 in a couple weeks is something to brag about. The tutorial for lazy jelqs is in my signature. I did low intensity and high volume and added minutes each day, working my way up pretty fast. With little intensity you need more volume and less rest days. I only maybe had 1 rest day at the most.
