Has anyone here tried jp 90 but then extended the time of doing it + the days?
to 7 days and an hour of each?
I would love to hear if its people think there is a "too much" point..
I've personally seen quicker gains from upping the time gradually.
This is why i'm asking the question
I have NOTHING BUT TIME on my hands and MASSIVE MOTIVATION for both exercises.
