I did PE for like 3 months and saw 0.25 inches gains in lenght (doing newbie routine from *************). To be honest i dont know if i really gained that because my measure at the start could be wrong. But anyway i stopped for like 2 months and i came back 2 weeks ago, heres how it is:
10 min warmup with heat pad
10 min stretch left right straight down and anticlock motion 1 minute each one WHILE being heated by a infrared lamp in front of me
90 jelqs (2 strokes = 1 jelq so if you count 1 stroke as 1 jelq that would be 180 jelqs) without the infrared lamp because it makes the lube dry very fast.
10 min warmdown with heatpad and then some regular kegels with reverse kegels (very few of both of them).
That’s it. I’m also supplementing l-arginine 2400mg per day since it increases bloodflow. Thanks everyone. Will keep this updated
