  • What helped improve your EQ the most?

    Hi all,

    I have been doing PE on and off for like 6 months now. Manual stretchin and pumping, have na extender but cant set up that darn thing for the love of my life.


    Anyway here is the problem. Ever since my teens i didnt have a rock hard erection. I dont really get morning wood or spontaneous erections and if i try to stimulate by touching the glans it barely inflates a little, my sensitivity is practically non existent.

    So what i do is stimulate as much as i can and then go into the pump and there i achieve a full erection.



    I used to measure my erection as a 16 yr old kid and it was 7.1 inch in length when rock hard, girth idk, but nowadays when i manage to get somewhat of an erection (always flimsy though &#128513 it gets to 5 inches of girth and it was visible thicker back in the day, so i would say my measurements were 7.1 x 5.5

    I know i had some gains as when i first started pumping i would only grow to about 6 in mark in the pump and now i am to the 6.75 in mark, which is weird to me as i used to get to 7.1 when erect as a kid. But the pumo has that silicone seal which wraps completely around the base and some of the penile tissue is always left out of the pump, so i guess thats the reason, i am not getting a complete phallus into the pump.



    My question is, is there anything, exercise wise, that can help improve EQ beside pumping and stretching?

    I even tried cialis but all it did was drop my blood pressure and make me dizzy.

    Things I am experimenting with right now to improve EQ:

    - quit porn
    - nofap + semen retention (only release when having sex - around 3 times per week for me)
    - work on balancing my pelvic floor - key! (daily yoga stretching and reverse kegels)
    - jelqing & normal kegels (don't overdo kegels if your pelvic floor is tight)
    - belly breathing and meditation - key! (If you can make your dick hard once, you can do it again. You need to learn how to relax and stop all your negative self talk around not being able to get a proper erection.)
    - affirmations and visualization - for ex: "I can get a rock-solid erection whenever I want. / My penis is perfectly healthy and normal. / I am in control of my body and sexuality.
    - visualize yourself getting hard and aroused. Visualize your perfect size. Visualize being able to go at it for hours without going soft. Keep those thoughts in your head and convince yourself they're true - because they are! Maybe not now but in the future, if you keep putting in the work, it's inevitable you'll get the results you desire.

        @vamaci thanks for the comprehensive advice

        I actually don't watch porn and I have never masturbated or had sex, always had very low libido ever since I was a teen, really embarrassed to say this but since nobody will never know who I am irl here why not, for the context

        So I am doing PE solely for myself and to feel better about myself

        Like I said I need to build a stretching device with rubber bands which will simulate hanging in horizontal position a only then I will be able to get some good time in



        @Pegasus what specific hormone tests do you mean?

        I was ill a lot last year so had quite a few donr

        Off the top of my head I can remember my thyroid
        It was in range and fine.

          So the only times I "lose semen" but not really seen but just clear fluid is when It happens by itself at night, and that is extremely rare like few times a year at most


          I want to add that I did hit 7.1 inch in a pump once and how big I get in the pump mostly depends on how erect I can get outside the pump prior to that



          Also it sucks that there is no edit function on this forum at least on mobile

            For me it was mostly edging that did it, I beleive.

            I do a well rounded PE routine 5 days a week, that included daily edging for a long time. My EQ is rock hard.

            I also do daily aerobic exercise and drink 5G tea.

              So obviously you would have had several hormone panels ,you know Total testosterone and the like .

              I am not interested in what the doc said I want the actual numbers .

              I suggest if you have not had one recent get one done including free test by sensitive measure. Post the numbers of the old tests here while we wait on the new one.

                Good advice along with pelvic floor optimisation.
                In addition in your case you should look at optimising your testosterone level . There are numerous natural methods to do this .

                  Oh I had testosterone and estradiol levels checked.

                  I will dig it up


                  Total T 4.09 ng/mL (ref 2.5 - 8.6)
                  E2 ( estradiol) 22 pg/ml. (ref. 8-42)

                  This was early morning test I was told I need to do it in the morning as the levels are highest in the morning

                  So I am good here all in range

                  I am under 25, exercise, eat healthy, I get solid sleep so they are as high as they will be

                    Hmmm...couldnt find any info on the exercise called edging. Maybe that is sth else?

                    All i found is a method to delay ejaculation called "edging".

                    Well in that case i dont have to do it as i dont have that problem, hahah, i cant bring myself to the point of orgasm, no way, sensitivity is too low.



                    Strengthening the pelvic floor is sound advice. I already do heavy deadlifts with the barbell and some even say that can help strengthen all the muscles in the pelvis.

                    But also kegels, i admit i have neglected them.

                      Cardiovascular health , clean eating , drink lots of water , and managed stress are extremely important .

                      As for edging there are many types . You situation is unique to you and id hate to make a bad suggestion.

                      For me ive quit porn the last 2 months due to strong involuntary kegals , and a near explosive arousal level .

                      My edging basically envolves getting near max hard with as little imagination as possible and lightly holding a reverse kegal to stretch my pelvic floor . The reverse kegal also expands my cs giving more girth than when i was pushing my self to ponr.

                      Like i said our situations are different, just be careful not to create another problem while fixing this one . In other words take your time and learn your body .

                        Cardiovascular exercises and vigorous sexual activity- the latter being the best form of stamina training. Kegels and edging helped to refine the process.

                          Just out of curiosity...but does anyone else find doing kegels uncomfortable?

                          Like the literal physical sensarion is uncomfortable to me.

                            So these figures are typical of a guy 70 odd years old . Your dick acts like it is 70 years old I am not surprised the 2 are often linked .

                            The "normal" range you quoted was devised by a fool by the way.
                            Many an numerous are the ways to improve testoserone using natural methods but you seem dismissive of what I am saying so meh.

                              No man not at all. Its just that i have been in the weightlifting game for years and gone through numerous articles about T level optimization.

                              Except for good diet ( this also includes getting all the micronutrients, zinc magnesium, vitamin d3 etc,also not dieting as cal deficit lowers T), enough quality sleep and exercise, there really isnt much else one can do. T levels are largely ruled by genetics.



                              Also i am finding it weird to find kegels so damn uncomfortable.
