    A couple of months ago, I became a little bit disillusioned with PE, due to the slow progress I seemed to be making, compared to other members on this site. This resulted in me quitting for a while and losing some (nearly all) of the gains I had made.

    I've now started using the Bathmate for 20minutes a day, which gives me a fairly decent (or average) size for a couple of hours (6"NBPEL x 4.75-4.90"EG). However, 24hrs later and I'm back down to my fairly meagre 5.5"NBPEL x 4.6"EG.

    I'm not asking for a lot of gains, maybe 0.75-1" NBPEL and 0.4"-0.65" EG and I would be happy, but nothing I do seems to have any effects.

    My signature may say 4.72" EG, but in hindsight and after getting a proper girth measurement after using the Bathmate, the gently laying of the tape around my penis, being careful not to squeeze as this would reduce the measurement seems feels like a lie.

    Does anyone have any advice or pointers to help me get back on track and acheive the gains that I want.

    Did you ever get this issue dealt with? (re: extender tension)

      Haven't used the X4 much yet. I need to get some 0.5" extension bars. I'm too big for the standard size extension bars and too small for the standard size + 1" extension bars.

      You can check out my log to see what routines I have been doing, though I haven't posted there much lately (I used to post daily).

        Seems there's quite a difference in your BP and NBP measurements Bmot, without meaning to cause offence is weight an issue? Could help with gaining in NBP, I only measure BP because I will get round to losing my fat pad!

          I'm not in bad shape. I'm 5ft7, 150lbs. I'm not ripped or anything, but I've got a pretty decent muscle structure. I just have quite a thick fat pad.

          Gym three times a week and I watch what I eat. Mostly 'clean' food, around 2000kcals.

            Bmot, I ran into that thing with the rods. What I did was take a wooden pencil, and cut two 0.25" sections. I remove the rods from the cradle, put the "shims" in THEN reinsert the rods. I know, I know, it cheats X4labs out of the sales, and shortens the life of your pencil, but, it works. No one will ever know, either. he he heh

              Fair enough mate, just half a suggestion from a PE newb, can't offer much advice on that front. I would urge you to stick with PE though and when you do become disillusioned with it because of lack of gains, continue for the sake of your penis' health. And possibly PM some of the vets, they're great around here and chances are they've been through something like this or know of someone who has. Keep determined and you'll break the plateau! I'll read through your log now and if there's anything I can offer I'll be back, best of luck though, try and stick with it, we're all here to help each other.
