First post here, not sure if this is a problem for everyone else or no one else, apologies if this has been asked before or this is the wrong forum.
My scrotum seems to attach quite high up on my shaft so when I go to grip the base i do seem to grab alot of excess skin and pull it with the shaft with each rep. To try prevent this I will try hold my scrotum or push down at the base of my shaft with my other hand when I take grip and as complete my rep.
This motion of pulling down while pulling up does seem counter intuitive as Im almost forcing blood out of my penis when the idea of jelqing is the force blood into the penis. I still have a solid OK grip with my first hand so the blood has been forced through my shaft and into the head of my penis.
Is this pulling up and simultaneous forcing skin down hurting my jelq quality and potential gains?
