Im starting the jp90 and I don't know how intense I should be while doing the exercises.
yesterday it was my first time jelqing and I could do it for hours without any pain or pressure on my penis, just some pleasure. should it be that way or should I apply more pressure? the only thing holding me from doing it for ever would've been my arms getting tired.
sorry if Im being lazy and not looking it up enough, its hard to know for sure how much pressure is being applied in the videos and I haven't found anything about the intensity of it yet in terms of milking force.
