  • How intense should I be while jelqing and stretching?

    Im starting the jp90 and I don't know how intense I should be while doing the exercises.

    yesterday it was my first time jelqing and I could do it for hours without any pain or pressure on my penis, just some pleasure. should it be that way or should I apply more pressure? the only thing holding me from doing it for ever would've been my arms getting tired.
    sorry if Im being lazy and not looking it up enough, its hard to know for sure how much pressure is being applied in the videos and I haven't found anything about the intensity of it yet in terms of milking force.

    Read the safety first thread and then the JP routine so that you learn. Being lazy doesn't help you learn but it does help you get injured like jelqing for an hour as a beginner.

          You just want to jelq to create a stretch and/or some expansion in your ding dong.

          Don't get overzealous because you can indeed end up with a bruised banana and end up the injury forums.

          If the routine is too much, stop, and don't do the whole thing.

          It's as easy as listening to your peen and not trying to break the thing.
          You never slow down, you never grow old!

            thank you. I was worried I was being too gentle and just wasting my time but I guess its not wasting my time if Im making myself ready for more intense ones.
