  • How do you deal with being a really slow grower?

    Hey guys.

    I started my journey in summer 2019 and have been consistently at it almost every week. For 1 year and 8 months. In the first 7 months i only did manual work with mainly jelqing, v-jelqs and squeezing. Right from the get-go, i knew that length wouldn't matter nearly as much as girth, so after those 7 months of conditioning, i switched to an exclusive pumping routing for over a year or so, especially since i started seeing length gains with my jelqing but zero girth increase. And there was no way in hell that i would make my dick longer without gaining girth.
    It was way too small in girth to begin with(10,2cm/4,0inch),and that would have just made things worse.
    So i have gained roughly 1-1,5 cm in actual length and 0,5-0,7cm in girth.

    I am honest, all those success stories here got me super motivated. There was no reason why i couldn't join then i thought. But i never imagined that the progress would become so excruciatingly slow. Not that i will stop because of it. But there were few things in my life that tested my endurance more than this.

    If there are any other (really) slow growers out there, please let me know how you deal with this.

    Maybe it's time to take a nice long decon break.

      Define long please. I'm really scared to lose the few results I've gotten so far

        You need to take breaks (3 on, 1 off. or 5 on 2 off. or 4 on 1 off. ). Also, when you are sticking to a routine for 3 months and see no gains, you have to re-adjust.
        There are numerous routines and exercises for girth, not only the squeeze and pumping.
        You have to try experimenting since everyone is different. Maybe start with 5 minutes jelqs, 20 minutes pumping, then finish with 10 minutes jelqs.
        Second day try with squeezes, add some pumping, do different type of squeezes.
        It is all trial and error. I have also stopped gaining, but then I switched my air pump to Bathmate and got a 0.4cm gain in girth in 2 weeks.
        Start: 1st of April, 2020 BPEL - 5", EG - 3.9"
        Current: 29th of October 2020 BPEL - 6" , EG - 4.4"
        Long Term Goal: BPEL - 7", EG - 5"

          I'm always implementing breaks. Right now, it's a 1 on, 1 off. I wanted to implement jelqing again for 20 minutes after my pumping.

          Even when I was doing what was essentially JP90, I always took breaks, always used heat. When I started going for a girth focused routine, I started using the bathmate, but it's super inconvenient to me. I only have a super small shower and no bathtub.
          And I have to hold it the whole time, while roughly estimating how much time I'm using it.
