  • Guys, I need help with treating my birth defect!

Ok... So I found out I have Congenital Penile Curvature with a severe curve going downward. I always had a feeling that was the case because my erections were always so weak to the point of having difficulty using a condom and penetration ever since puberty. So, when I went to the doctor, they basically said I'd need surgery. From sound of it, they'd cut some some of my skin to fix the curve and then stitch it with horse skin to keep the then straightened penis in place. As far as I can remember at least.

Hearing this made me reluctant to take the surgery because:
    1. After the procedure, how would that affect my results with penis enhancement. Could PE be a potential detriment after the procedure?
    2. Potential complications
    3. Always a chance of it being unsuccessful

So, to those that have had a congenital penile curve, is there a way to fix it or at least treat it without going into surgery? Please I need answers, I hate having to depend on a cockring and I hate having an above average penis just to barely be able to use it.

What’s the best way to get ahold of him? I’m relatively new to this site.

          Thanks for the reference!

This would be a good conversation to have with your medical professional, and anything you do after your surgery should be done under medical supervision.

If you're approved for training, an extender would be a good choice due to its ability to provide light and constant tension.

Thanks for the response Big Al. Thing is on the day of the diagnosis with the ultrasound, I had talked to my urologist concerning this but he was in the camp that PE doesn't work at all and isn't a thing. We came to a disagreement as just like the ear or even gaining muscle. If you stretch the penis enough and intensely enough, your penis will adapt, like any other part of your body.
So even if I were to consult my urologist, he wouldn't be able to give me a definitive answer regarding the effect of PE on my penis after surgery.

He seems to think that surgery is the ONLY way, I was hoping maybe there is another less invasive way that doesn't involve going under the knife. Is there truly not another way, I would hope that other people on the sub has been through a similar situation?

Sorry if I'm asking too much questions but my discussions with medical professionals regarding this topic of penis enhancement has always ended in disagreement over it being legit. I'm honestly surprised that penis enhancement is still so obscure to this day despite its validity.

Do you live in the US? If so docs tend to overtreat and go to full on options early.

Al has already mentioned extenders . Aside from PE they are a mainstream treatment for your issue .

Sounds to me like you need a second medical view .

Onsite with guys with less severe issues than yourrs we would tend to go extender and the like .

I do infact live in the US and that does seem to be the trend at least from my visits. I honestly just want to fix the curve because its causing erection issues as I quite enjoy the look of my penis. When did people typically see results with an extender regarding fixing curvature enough to alleviate piss poor erections? Also I
l'll second getting another opinion from another medical professional even if I'm doubtful of an answer.

At the end of the day, I'll have to do much more research regarding the surgery if the extender route doesn't cause a significant enough change in my average erection quality.

Edit: I do intend to get an extender if it fixes my curve by even a few degrees from severe. What would be the best penis extender to get as of 2021?

Please don't hesitate to ask questions! That's what this forum is for.

Ears and penises are made up of very different tissues, so comparing the two isn't quite valid. The penis is created with specific functions for expansion and contraction.

There are medical professional who can advise you on using your device in conjunction with surgery. That being said, I wish I could help you find one or give you further guidance in that area- but I'm not a doctor, nor do I know of any who do advise on this.

You may want to reach out to Julian on the Phallosan thread to see if he can advise on this. He may be in contact with resources which can be helpful to you.

Thanks I appreciate it. Looks like I have a lot of research to do along with giving the extender a try regardless.

You were given a tight circumcision, and it causes your penis to curve because there's not enough skin? Am I understanding this correctly? If so, have you looked into foreskin restoration?
