    I been a long term lurker on this forum

    been doing pe for about 8-9 months went from 6.5 bp to 7.8 inches girth 4.9 inches to 5.4

    I am basically 8 inches bp and my girth is nearly 5.5 i think i have enough of size and actually wouldn't care if i got a little smaller

    My problem is im addicted to pe and i cant stop can i carry on with my routine without gaining?

    My routine consist of hanging 7 days a week for 1 hour ........5 days a week every night clamping for 10 mins jelqing 15 mins and bath mate 10 mins i do this 5 days a week

    Now this is a problem lots of guys on this site would love to have! If you continue to do things designed to increase length and girth, chances are you'll add length and girth. Yeah, blinding glimpse of the obvious. But maybe switch to things, like kegels as one example, to help make your schwang perform better.

    I hit my girth goal (according to my gf!) but still do things that MIGHT increase girth a bit more but do them to increase EQ. I just don't do as much to try to avoid gaining girth.
    Start: BPEL 6.75', EG 5.8", BPFL 4.5", FG 4.7", BPFSL 7.0"
    05/2021: BPEL 7.65”, EG 6.0”, BPFL 5.8”, FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.0"
    Goal: BPEL 8.0", EG 6.0", BPFL 5.75" FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.5"

      Wow, those are great gains! Very inspiring. If you enjoy the PE then I would say keep doing what you like. For most people, reaching a plateau would be un-wanted, but maybe you will get "lucky" and reach a plateau. Being happy with where you're at is definitely a good thing.

      What do you mean by addicted to PE?

        Not that obvious because if you do the same you might not gain if you already hit a plateau so having so doing the same routine doesn't always mean you can gain many factors go into it.

        Personally i been gaining with my routine but i feel its stopped but not sure need some time to see but i love pe too much to stop!

            What does your wife say ?
            I really would listen .
            My experience is that length is ameniable to skill . That is you can chang the way you do it to accomadate length . Girth not so much .
            Is it length that worries her or girth ?

              Its the length and the girth is starting to worry her even though its getting too much for her

                  What do you feel has contributed to your gains the most?

                  And what is your thoughts on the bath mate? Do you feel the gains are temp only?

                    Congratulations on your progress!

                    If you're so predisposed to gains, you'll likely continue to gain if you push yourself. Cut back to only those activities you enjoy the most, and take care in adding weight and/or volume.

                    You can also redirect more of your focus towards other aspects besides size- like MMO, ejaculatory control, etc.

                        im doing 1 hour vac hanging daily now 7 days a week and every night 40 mins of jelqing/clamping and pimping

                          you gotta remember you cant smash anymore once you bottom out you have to kinda stop jackhammering even though it feels good
                          i had to find different positions where i could still hammer down without bottoming out
                          and maybe experiment with different speed etc. watch some porn and try different positions etc...
