    Ok , I’m curious as to if I’m possibly negatively effecting my natural penile growth . I’m 20 and I started puberty probably around 16 or so plus my parents unfortunately had me on adderall for ADHD which I’ve read can also slow down puberty plus I come from a long line of people who apparently were “ late bloomers “ . My hope is that somehow my dick will muster up the strength wether through PE which so far hasn’t yielded anything or naturally (I have a lot of hope ) to be just a 1/4 to 1/2 longer . I’m 6 1/4 to 6-1/2 these days non bone pressed I’ve gained weight.... and 7-1/4 bone pressed . I’d love to be 7” non bone pressed . It’s weird , I have hair between my belly button and pubes but I’m still noticing new hair growing in my armpits. Also i know my pops has a lot of armpit hair but mine is pretty light so idk if I’m still possibly growing? I turn 21 in September. I also have just a goatee and mustache. I have somewhat of a patchy beard on the sides but it’s negligible compared to my goatee and stash so idk man I’m hoping that I’m still growing. Anyways what do y’all think , and is it possible that stretching with an extender or pumping/jelqing can effect natural growth? I also wear stealth innerwear all day at work... and extend for 4-6 hours 5 days a week

    Sigh what is " natural" growth anyway . A dick can shrink from hormonal issues ,lack of use etc . On the other hand we have a thread where numerous guys report growth from prolonged use and are trying to work out the variables in this .

      Natural growth as in pubertal growth. I’m getting desperate because I’m not seeing any gains . maybe I’m screwing up my natural growth idk . You say sigh Pegasus but with all do respect how do you think i feel every time I measure and don’t see any gains despite wearing this extender for hours on end .

        You are 7.25" bpel so I think you should feel ok .
        How did your 3 month beginner manual routine go ?
        How long have you been extending ?
        I have seen guys claim puberty growth into their 20's but as my previous post suggests I am far from convinced that is what is going on.

          There is no way to tell if you are going to grow more naturally or not. Simple as that really. You got two options pretty much.....you don't do PE and hope you do have more natural growth left......OR.....you can keep trying out PE methods to grow. The forum members can help try and figure out how to best help you. I'd start by answering Pegasus' questions.

          The Gains will come but they aren't always easy and sometimes you have to change things up.

            beginner routine yielded nothing. I’ve been extending almost 4 months with low traction and no results because apparently it’s better to use less than 690 grams. I didn’t warm up for the first couple of months using the extender . The one time previously where I used a traditional extender last summer for a stint , I noticed that after a month I started feeling extremely sore inside my shaft below the glans . I’m now feeling this pain /fatigue once again. Initially I was maybe 7-3/8 bpsfl and now I’m maybe 1/8 above the 7-1/2 . My goals not unreasonable seeing that some people boast gaining a 1” + on here. I’m frustrated because all I want is a 1/4” ..... that’s nothing. Yes I’m 7-1/4 bpel but literally almost an inch of that is covered by stupid Pubic fat and skin . Honestly I’m really considering surgery in a year if it doesn’t improve.... I’m not trying to be incredibly hung I just want a decent dick man

              You're young. Dont be that irrational and get surgery in which im sure you will regret. Instead develop patience and instill discipline with consistency. You will gain through pe but you need to figure what works best for you whether device or manual or high intensity or low intensity. Incease your knowledge in PE and you will figure it out.

                    Weight loss will help the fat pad as will possiby less stress .
                    There is the suggestion onsite that extenders are best started more slowly than is traditionally done check the work of TeoDeles .

                      Looking at your post history (where you mention hanging ) the suggestion was made in another thread that you are overdoing it and have a "wrong" ( stressed/ anxious etc ) minset .

                        Ok , I’ve been trying what teodeles suggests and so far less is more mindset hasn’t changed anything yet. The hanging I stopped doing a couple of weeks ago because I had started to develop some pain from doing that . However I’ve noticed that when someone doesn’t gain anything y’all seem to want to go after the person and make them feel like they’re the problem when really who wouldn’t be upset if they put effort into this and haven’t seen anything good come of it . I truly want to believe that maybe I’m just getting impatient but my god 3+ months is a long time man . My original statement about the soreness starting, is that a good sign ? Maybe I’m on the verge of actually gaining? Idk what to say other than that I’m not upset with y’all however idk why for example I’m doing the less is more concept and for 3 weeks haven’t seen any good signs or improvement. My mindset is simply that if I don’t gain from this, I’ll loose weight and get rid of the fat or get liposuction and possibly get a suspensory ligament procedure then wear the extender post op and hopefully gain a bit that way since evidently my suspension ligament is a tough SOB
                        I want to be the guy who gains a 1” + but so far I’m struggling

                            Firstly 3 months is not long in pe terms .
                            Many guys have to try a variety of methods part of that is mindset .

                              Seriously, 7" is above decent! stop thinking of porn sizes and rest easy that you are well above average anyway. You'd be a total idiot to do surgery. I can't even imagine any doctor undertaking the job to surgically extend a 7" penis anyway. This stuff is for micropenises. If you're so obsessed to consider surgery with a 7" dick, then you must be suffering from Body dysmorphic disorder. I suggest talking to a therapist before doing anything drastic with your body that will most certainly bitterly regret.

                              Btw, I'd be really content with myself if my PE gets me to 7" BPEL. I'm just shy of 6.5" BPEL at the moment. You should hang out with that other dude that wants his 7.5 incher shortened.
