Are there any tips on girth gaining? I know there are whole threads dedicated to this but it's a lot to go through. I've tried both Uli's and clamping. Uli's don't feel like they are doing anything and clamping leaves me limp. Any thoughts on how to put it into a basic stretching/jelqing routine

I do them slightly differently. I kegel, count to 10 and repeat that 10 times. I kegel and count to 5, repeat 15 times. Two sets of those.
4 sets of erect pressure squeezes. 4 sets of 20 second erect squeezes. 4 sets of headbangers (writing that one up still).

Oh yeah... I'm tired after that. I let my erection go away (I do my squeezes 90-100% erect) and massage a bit after. Then I start edging. I almost always edge after squeezes.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG

NP, when you said it takes a while for ulis to do their thing, I take it you are talking from experience. What was your personal time frame with them? My unit looks like it is going to explode when doing these and squeezes, and have been doing them for maybe a month or more fairly regularly (two/three times a week, perhaps 10-15 minutes of these, and 10 minutes or so of UJ's), but not seeing any real gains.

Anyway, I started doing Ulis at the very end of November this past year. After starting in full in September.
I think it took a month to start noticing flaccid gains, then a bit of erect gainage came as well.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
